Overall I loved my stay at H Rado. Friendly staff, beautiful views of the Andes and Cerro San Cristobal, it's so close to bars and Bellavista square and to Badequano station. It's a great place to meet people in the common area. I actually met a lot of fellow travellers at H Rado that have become my travel buddies ever since. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone!
Best hostel I've ever stayed in!!! Super clean and nice.
Aside from slight lack of communal atmosphere, this is the top 5 hostels i have stayed at in 10 years travelling central and and SA. Safe, clean, modern facilities, breakfast included, amazingly fast wifi , and spitting distance from bellavista strip. 15 min walk to all the sights ie plaze de armas, presidential palace , etc. 5 min walk to san cristobal hill. Not a party hostel but if your with a group already or dont care this is the spot. Also stayed and che lagarto, more $ and not as great :)
Excellent, clean hostel with friendly staff and a great value BBQ. Didn't have maps if the city though...
The hostel is very well located, with a great room and terrace. Every guest has its own key which is very good for security. I would definitely recommend this hostel.
Location great! Staff are friendly and the roof terrace is nice for chilling or drinks in the evening. The hostel is really modern including bathroom and kitchen , more of a hotel feel than hostel. Would recommend to stay here!
We stayed in a double room with ensuite and without ensuite. both rooms where large, light and quiet. bathrooms where modern and clean. The location within bellavista is prefect for travellers - close to bars, restaurants, shops, metro. the staff was very friendly and very helpful - help us booked tickets to the footy.

One of the nicest hostels we stayed at during our 5 week trip in South America!! Excellent breakfast and modern rooms with different themes. Very friendly staff and nice location in Bellavista. Our room was facing the street which was a bit noisy. Thanks for a great stay!
Nice location, amazing rooftop terasse, clean dorm with a big and comfy beds
Super clean, great common room, definitely worth your money
A swish, modern, high level hostel with good facilities, great cleanliness and very good staff. Good breakfast too. However...as per previous comments, the street facing rooms are loud. I arrived on a Saturday and barely slept that night with all the party noise from the street. Sunday was better. Tried to change dorm rooms but was told all dorm rooms face the street. So maybe stay elsewhere if you're a light sleeper.
This is a very good location - if you like to party! That also makes it a bit noisy. The 4-bed room - the bunk is right next to the door - which has an electronic alarm and makes lots of extra noise and light from outside. Great social atmosphere when you are in the roof-top common area.
The staff is totally bilingual and their advice are useful, they even help you to book your visits. The decoration are not so orginial but as simple as needed to convince anyone that is a peaceful place. This hostel is moreover next to the student place (Bellavista), enhanced by a splendid view from the terrace : the San Critobal Hill. Hightly recommanded !

By far one of the best hostels I have ever stayed. Everything is cleaned from top to bottom every day. They even make your bed! The breakfast is good with juice and fruit. The staff was very helpful and all speak perfect English. The location is great! The only issue was the noise from the street but they sell ear plugs for $1. We stayed here for 6 nights in Santiago.
Awesome location near the metro and Cerro San Cristobal. It's a bit loud at night but I've had worse in other parts of South America. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms could use more power outlets but wasn't terrible. Wifi was good.
New and stylish hostel, very convenient location, just next to Patio barrio bellavista which is an area with a lots of (a bit pricy ) bars and restaurants , a few minutes walk to Baquedano metro, close to Cerro San Christopher . Really love the common room on the forth floor, very comfy sofa ,open kitchen and balcony. Friendly staff.
Very clean, modern and comfy hostel. The location is great, not to far from the metro and many good restaurants.
Best hostel I've ever been to! More of a hotel than hostel. Everything is clean and new with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend
Location is excellent.Very organised system.Communal area is on the top of the building with a nice view to San Cristobal.Breakfast is good, including fruits. The street noise can be very loud.Modern finish, nice and clean bathrooms.Could do with chairs or a table in the dorms.Felt like a hotel.Good value for money.
Really easy going staff. They're there, available but not bothering you. The street is busy and noisy at night. Foosball table a bit damaged but I still love having it. I missed air conditioning (it was really hot). The common area is cool - they should have a swimming pool outside! :-)
