Great hostel. Spotlessly clean. Lovely rooms and comfortable beds. Nice common areas especially upstairs. Clean well equipped kitchen. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Only slight criticism is that there aren't enough power points in the dorms.

This is like staying in a hotel with (optionally) shared bedrooms! And when I say that, I refer to the cleanliness, staff helpfulness, and fantastic facilities. The atmosphere is that of a hostel in nicer conditions, so you get to meet a lot of people and common areas are very conducive to chatting and meeting new friends. The staff are also incredibly nice, too! And the location really can't be beat. Highly recommended!

This is the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot (I just don't review often). It was like being in a hotel with six beds in the room. It was incredibly clean, the lockers are HUGE, and the staff is very helpful. It's NOT a party hostel, but it's on a busy street with bars and nightlife, so you don't have to go far for a party. The room was a little loud because of street noise, but it didn't bother me. One suggestion: a small shelf next to each top bunk bed.

The hostel was perfect, the location , the rooms, the security, the cleanup, all was good except for the staff who prepared the breakfast that were very impolite and even a bit aggressive. But for sure is the best place to stay in Santiago.

The hostels doesnt have an elevator....and when I was going out with my bagage, I fell down the stairs, because it was heavy and I was alone. The breakfeast is juice, fruit, cheese or ham. But all controlled, you can only pick one. Only bread and coffee with milk is at ease. One day there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The location, if you like to party, is very very good. I recomend pub craw too.

This hostel is more like a hotel, right on the strip in bella vista. The beds are out of this world, more like a queen than a pokey single bed. Close to everything you want to get to, breakfast is ok... roof terrace is amazing, great for chilling and hanging with a hangover. Showers are great too. Totally recommend for a bit of a treat.

The location of hostel is very good and the team is very assist in any moment. The breakfast is good too but could be more strong. Finally, in other visit to Santiago will be my first choice. I like this place.

good location, very nice hostel, good breakfast! The only thing that it would be nice to improve is the usage of the bathroom. There´s just one bathroom per floor for the shared bathroom dorm and it was a bit difficult to find it unoccupied.

Great facilities, good neighborhood, helpful and nice staff. I would totally recommend it to people travelling in groups but not to people going by themselves because there isn´t much socialization there.

Very nice and clean hostel, gorgeous facilities beds and rooms, the only downside is not enviroment like a hostel, is more like a hotel with share bedrooms.
