We paid for 6 beds female dorm but there were 8 girls in the dorm. There were 4 double bunk beds but only with 2 ladders, causing alot inconvenience. We complained about it to the front desk and the manager, he promised to put new ladders but no action was taken. The beds were mislabelled and there were only 6 lockers in the dorm as well. Rooms were really clean but the toilets were a bit gross even after they were cleaned they weren't clean. Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms and bathrooms were well appointed and clean. The staff were full of suggestions of things to do and where to go.
