Biggest plus is the great location - just a couple of minutes walk from the heart of Ljubljana and right on the river. Rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. Different style hostel as it is kind of like apartments around the courtyard with separate entrances which is nice, however we think this may make it difficult to meet fellow travellers if you are going solo. A couple of downsides were that the hot water ran out very quickly, the kitchen didn't have many facilities e.g. no tap.

Good position. Really near to the city center and Lubiana's castle. Modern furniture with a nice kitchen. Probably the toilet is too small for a six people bedroom with little hot water for showers. But it's ideal if you have to spend only few days in the city.

the staff was really rude and did not help at all.

I rented a doublebed room. It was very big, with tv, big and soft bed, a big and clean bathroom. The breakfast was good. The staff was really nice with us. my evaluation is 100%

A beautiful hostel and a great location

We had a room that it couldn't bee call like this, they were still working on it and we didn't know it and we paid the complete price fow a room that wasn't like the photos in the website. I think it could became a very good hostel, but i don't understand why they keep us sleeping in a room like that and i don't know if it was sure staying in a room like that. A positive thing is the position, that was excelent

exellent location, few steps from hard city centre, with a view on Ljubljanica river, near by there is free car parking. the room was clean, good value for money

Despite the fact that this hostel is relatively new, many things were still under construction, the service they offered us was ok.

The hostel was perfectly located next to the Dragon Bridge. I would recommend this hostel for any backpackers or travelers interested in going to Ljubljana. The rooms are under renovation so expect it to be a little dusty and dirty. Floors could use a mopping and the shower stalls a tightening with the strews but all in all, it was fine. Nothing amazing but great value for the price and location. Hopefully you won't spend too much time sitting in the hostel anyways with so many great bars around

the kitchen is rather small and not fully equipped but always clean. bikes are cheap to rent and the location is perfect for an exploration of the city.

Perfect location, worth the money, pretty much clean, the staff was nice to us, but needs a bigger common room for people to hang out. Oh, and, a few more glasses in rooms (we were in 6-bed room) would be great, so we don't have to drink out of soup bowls :D

the bedstuff was really smelly. And after all I've found some bedbugsbites on my body. Not sure if it's from this hostel.... Oh and the reception is closed during the night. My roommates forgot their key, had to wake me up so I could open the door. Sad enough I had to wake up really early...

H2ostel is a very new hostel located probably in one of the best place of the city. Its close to the casttle and close to the old city. But should change some things. First: when i arrived the girl didnt have change when I payed so she looked at me an asked "seriously" Second: poor sedurity: no locker for me. She said just that Third: boring: music, fun, friendly stuff were missing. Finally too many spiders and i dont understand why cause this hostel is almost new.

Very nice hostel, just the bathroom was full of water and the window was broken so we could not closed it properly. Because of this it was quite cold inside.

Absolutely great staff...! Loved it... comfortable, clean room, cool kitchen. GREAT

Good clean hostel in a great location. Tidy and new but staff were a little unfriendly.

You can't take a shower with hot water when you want, the hot water finishes! ..... the staff is really not friendly and the cleaning is not good. I do not recommend it.

One of the receptionists was very rude. We had booked a private room, but with shared bathroom. On the second day, as the bathroom was always dirty, I asked in the reception how many people were sharing that bathroom. To my surprise, they said 8. They really need to improve the cleanness.

Perfect location and all was fine.

Nice and clean hostel, good value-for-money.
