Great place, great staff, nice to have free bus pas!

A few more showers would be nice and maybe a shuttle if at all possible

Great place and great price, the free pancakes at breakfast were so wonderful :)

Staff were sooo nice and gave us garbage bags to go post-bar tobogganing! so fun!

This place is the BOMB!!! haha full of aussies and kiwi's, staff is fantastic. there is a great pub, Ice climbing wall is really good too. good area's to sit. amenities are good. 20 min walk to town, or a bus comes every 40 mins.. or its like a $7-8 cab ride. great place, i think it was the best week of my life!!

best hostel ive stayed in and lots of fun

Awesome hostel with excellent staff, bit out of town but the bus runs regularly from just out the front. The staff were really helpful and the hostel was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at! Awesome kitchen which is always clean and the same features as other HI hostels (lockers, swipe card access to rooms etc). Onsite cafe and bar are a bonus.. Would stay here again for sure!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, very clean and the sraff was always very helpful; I would definitely stay there again!

Money-wise it was fine. Definitely needed more space to put my luggage. Felt too cramped with 6 ppl in one room and one main light.... Blanket wasn't washed or clean. Very disgusting. How come there was no fitness centre or hot tub may I ask Computer room + upstairs with brochure information was excellent. 2/4 employees at the front desk were rude to me. I wouldn't go back to that hostel again.

After a few years travelling abroad this is easily one of the best places Ive stayed

Excellent kitchen facilities. Bus ticket is awesome.

The staff were the best part - so friendly, helpful, and smiling. Really courteous! Pancake breakfast was awesome. The bathroom in my dorm smelled like someone had puked beer in the toilet, but the cleaning girl cleaned that right up when my dorm-mate mentioned it. Overall, a happy crowd and a fun place to stay. Glad I had a car to get around easily in the cold, though - that`s a long walk uphill!

Immaculately clean, great staff. Food was amazing, it really was. Me and a friend had the aftermath breakfast to help recover from the night before, what a breakfast that was too. great location, right on doorstep of some of the most beautiful views in the world

This hostel is not close to anywhere. Even if they give you a free bus pass for the days you stay in their hostel, it's still not nice to catch a bus in Banff's freezing winter. Plus none of their staff is knowledgable enough about where they're; it's hard to put your trust on the answers they give to your questions. + the six-bed dorms and washrooms are dirty. +their wifi sucks.

It was a fantastic hostel! I would definetley stay there again. Very clean and very friendly staff. The best pancake breakfast I have ever tasted.

Showers need a shelf to keep clothes dry. Hostel was old and a bit tired but very serviceable. Otherwise very good

excellent staff, excellent kitchen for guests and rooms were always clean! especially Jimmy and EK! fun pub crawls, met loads of new friends!
