Halloween activities really good! Location is on Tunnel Mountain, there's a bus to the town or the walk is about 15 minutes. Really peaceful location with fantastic views of the rockies! located outside of Banff downtown, you get a free busticket, but you have ask for it
rooms were small, very dusty
no privacy in bathrooms, but in general clean, showers were really bad
big kitchen, but uncomfortable
many things in the hostel were out of order
internet (like in all hi-hostels)ist too expensive
staff was friendly
no hairdryerlocated outside of Banff downtown, you get a free busticket, but you have ask for it

Great atmosphere, the bar is one of the best in Banff. Activities and packages available are really fun and helpful eg the job seekers package. Everyone keeps coming back even after they've moved out. Could have more secure lockers in the rooms. Great atmosphere, the bar is one of the best in Banff. it wasnt not made clear that the hostel was at the top of the hill away from main town. i was in the first room and this was the worse place to be as each time someone paced through to the kitchen, bathroom, or their room the door clammed. very annoying and tiring.
