Every one had a wonderful time thanks to the staff for looking after us

Good: Very helpful staff and good sitting areas. To be improved: I suggest to label storage areas by bed numbers like other HI hostels. Some people in Banff stayed too long and occupied more than 1 wooden lockers with smelly clothes (which make it disgusting to use even you request them to remove their items)

Awesome place. Normally i could care less about breakfast but pancakes were free.

We had an awesome time here, thanks so much for the upgrade to a cabin from double room, the cabin was so comfy and we had amazing views. The pancakes for free every morning were delicious, great location just outside of the town but very easy to get to with the bus passing outside or a lovely 10 minute walk.

Best Hostel I\'ve been to and I\'ve seen my share. Great staff, extremely clean, great location, you will not regret coming to this hostel. And the free pancake breakfast in the morning is unreal!

it was a perfect hostel !I really felt comfortable.of course quite far from downtown.but beautiful spots and nice a view. after arriving they gave me free bus pass. actually,I dont understand english. but staffs were very kind . thank you so much.

Was my third time at the hostel so obviously i love it!

We would never stay here again. Half hour walk away from the town. ended up being more expensive than my friends hotel, our cost was just under 200 for 2 nights in a double room with no ensuit. no tv in the room and the bed was old and creaky. every door in the hostel slams no matter how hard you try not to. really nice at 3am. It smelt quite bad in the hall ways and the showers were terrible. just about had to run around in the shower to get wet.

Only thing that\'s left is a fridge!

Friday night was completely impossible to sleep till midnight. People crying everywhere and nobody of the hostel did nothing.

Staff were sooo nice and gave us garbage bags to go post-bar tobogganing! so fun!

This place is the BOMB!!! haha full of aussies and kiwi's, staff is fantastic. there is a great pub, Ice climbing wall is really good too. good area's to sit. amenities are good. 20 min walk to town, or a bus comes every 40 mins.. or its like a $7-8 cab ride. great place, i think it was the best week of my life!!

best hostel ive stayed in and lots of fun

Awesome hostel with excellent staff, bit out of town but the bus runs regularly from just out the front. The staff were really helpful and the hostel was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at! Awesome kitchen which is always clean and the same features as other HI hostels (lockers, swipe card access to rooms etc). Onsite cafe and bar are a bonus.. Would stay here again for sure!
