a really bad experience!! unfriendly and unhelpful staff, bad neighborhood, really small rooms, bad breakfast.. all in all just a really bad time!!!

Excellent hostel, excellent atmosphere!

Very good place, a smooth atmosphere . I received a great treatment by the staff team.

The staff in hostel is very nice and very helpfull. They have a lot of usefull hint about the places around Belo Horizonte and they could arrange everyting for you.

Nice and modern hostel. At walking distance from busstation and metro. Good security. Unfortunately in a quiet neighbourhood, especially in the evening - although according to the staff not an unsafe neighbourhood.

Great great place, too bad it is much more prudent to take a bus home at night, but it is very easy to do-4032 on adolpho pineiro.

the barrio is unsecure and the landlord not nice

The staff was terrible, since the first day they received us poorly, charging us a card that we didn't know about, the location was awful, in the worst neighborhood., however they don't mention anything about that on the webpage. Also, they are very restrictive inside the hostel, sometimes it felt like we were being watched by nuns.

Nice place.

The staff is good and helpfull, and the hostel is clean and have a good atmosphere. The only problem is the location. It's near the bus station and the region isn't safe. There's a lot of homeless. And the real price of the cheaper rooms is 45 reais, and not 35, like the site. You have to have the hostel's card to pay the cheapest price.

very close to the bus depot, about 3 blocks but a taxi still cost 16 reals!. good breakfast.

bad neighborhood but safe hostel. relatively small, I actually had a room to myself for three days. Staff doesn't speak a lot of English but are friendly and helpful. Not much to do at the hostel so try and find things to do elsewhere

Clean, spacious rooms, modern-looking interiors, OK staff, pretty good breakfast. Just don't trust their ridiculously overpriced "transfer" services - most of the times, taking a taxi will be much cheaper. The location is not the best one - as attested by the big walls, barbed wire and electric fences everywhere - but you're fine as long as you don't draw attention. Just avoid wandering carelessly showing your camera and stuff like that, and don't walk at night.

the hostel itself was very nice and the staff was also very friendly. but the hostel is located in an area of town that was terrible! i felt very unsafe walking around the neighborhood, especially at night. for the same price that i paid, i could have had a much different experience in a nicer side of town.

the area there seams dangerous enough but the hostel is secured!it s waking distance from the bus station.very clean and with a great breakfast!although, the stuff doesn t speak english, neither spanish, they are very helpful in general!the private -ensuite- room that we had, was almost new, with a very good bed and bathroom and with really clean sheets and pilows!!

Nice hostel It's just a pity that all the services are so expensive ! it shouldn't be the case in a hostel.

Just keep in mind that it's not a location where you can walk around in safety. The access is problematic, although there is no trouble close to the hostel. On the other hand, there is a transfer service from the hostel that you can count on and that is most of the times cheaper than calling a taxi.

Great hostel, located just near the Central Bus Station. Very clean, nice staff, great breakfast. They have trips to other cities in MG like Ouro Preto. Very good, and have a nice price.

The place is clean, beautiful and organized. Staff is super helpful and joyful. Altough its location is near to the downtown and bus station, the neighborhood seems a little bit scary, with bums and drug addicteds on the street, however I walk there during the day and the night with no problem. There are three showers, but just two can be used together, otherwise all of them get cold. If you are a party type, you will find people willing to go out at night. If not, choose the private rooms.

Nice building, nice and cosy people. Clean and bright chambers. Unfortunately the ostel is in a not very nice zone distant from the center.
