The staff insisted on my having a printout of the booking before acknowledging it. After a rather long and tiring journey I then had to wander through town to find an internet cafe with a printer..... Not the best introduction to a hostel. This is the rirst time in a year of travelling and using Hostelworld that thios has happened.

Donīt stay here if you are going to Copacabana! I know it is the only place you van book via the internet, but there are many many hostels here that are much cheaper and have the same poor service!

Incompetence define. Freezingf cold showers. Bed bugs. Dirty sheets. Service that would offend a homeless dog. Overpriced. Dishonest and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this hostel to anyway. In fact, I would not pay one American dollar to stay at this hostel. Stay up the street at the Wara instead. Cheaper and infinitely better in every way.

Showers were hot. Warm and comfortable bed. Kind of expensive compared to others around that include breakfast and have tvs in the rooms.

Reasonable place on the edge of the lake.. Would have had nicer things to say had a thousand dollar camera not been stolen from a locked double room.. Dont stay here if u like ur stuff.. :-(

nice to have the tv in the room would have appreciated being given the towel and toilet tissue upon checkin nice to have a relaxed attitude about leaving luggage for several days.

Close to the beach and right on the main street, so the location was nice. the rooms were fine. The room with private bathroom had a great view of the beach.
