Ensuite shower had black mood on shower doors and tile grout. Mini fridge had badly rusted door alone bottom third of door. Walls need painting badly. Kitchen very small and had limited use. No area for relaxing and conversation with other hostel users, had to go and sit on benches on busy Copacabana avenue to do so. Excellent location however!

Staff are super friendly and have a very relaxed attitude. Lucas is awesome. Just needs better internet.

Dirty toilets, messy reception, lack of information and effectiveness in the service. I didn't even stay there. Just walked in, checked out the facilities, cancelled my booking and walked out!

I stayed here over New Years and for the money I spent, the facilities weren't good 1 bathroom on the second floor for 5 dorms with God knows how meny people, the kitchen is basic at best, not even a sharp knife to cut meat. Staff arnt that helpful either.

If people are sleeping and new people come in the room, it can't be that the Crew workers. are so loud by showing the bed. Si la gente está durmiendo y nuevas personas entran en la sala, no puede ser que los trabajadores de la tripulación. son tan fuertes, mostrando la cama.

Best location near the beach and metro and everything. Bathrooms are not cool (no light after 20sec, not very clean). Staff want to sell you everything, you pay also to leave your luggage a few hours. They offer a great favela tour.

This was a nice hostel to stay in, really close to the beach. The staff were really nice as well, and helpful when asking about the area and advice. The only downsides that I found were that the was no locks on the toilets doors, and that you could only access the WiFi in the downstairs reception s area.
