Hostel stay was very good. Staff very nice and relaxed.

It was clean and tidy and a good stay. Breakfast was good and it represents great value for 20E per night. Would recommend it.

I did not come there for fun, but just to have a place to sleep. I experienced so much more - a staff with humor and willing to obling your wishes. A special thank you to Erwin who made a nice lunch packet for me the last evening before I left. His eminent english and knowledge about local information and history about Belgium was interesting. Thank you also to Karin who told me the secret of how to boil eggs "without green rings" around the egg yolk. To Mieke and the staff - thank you!

The manager of the hostel seemed very irritated, genuinly dislakeable. Making remarks, being non-attentive and responsive she made you feel unwelcome. Also the hostel didn´t even have a storage facility, only small lockers in the room. The hallway lightning was constantly off, when you exited your roojm so you had to walk in the dark top the elevator. They were also low on staff and were closed between 11: AM and 5: PM, not able to stay inside the hostel unless already a checked in.
