The staff was a bit unfriendly. The breakfast is plenty and delicious. Ath view is fantastic to the Dead See.

This place seems pretty new meaning it was very clean and modern. The location is unbeatable and the staff were nice enough. But beware this place has a lot of school groups and large tour groups which means it doesn't have the backpackers atmosphere that other hostels have. Also for the price of about $35USD it is overpriced compared to other places, even for Israel. But I guess there are no other options around so they can charge what they like.

Great location and friendly staff. The hostel is relatively close to the Ein-Gedi beach. The (included) breakfast was good and varied (bad point: the orange juice was really "chemical"...). The room was clean and well equiped: fridge, TV, kettle, cups, etc. The bathroom was clean as well and towels as well as soap are provided (even some plastic glasses). There is a parking inside which is convenient.

We had booked for two nights. However, the weather had become very treacherous and all the roads to and from the Guest House were closed. We were advised that it would be best to leave since the the weather would continue to obstruct sightseeing in the area. We asked reception if they could offer us a refund or other option and on account of the prior booking through Hostelworld they refused the request. We were very unhappy and left. We are still waiting to hear from the Guest House.
