I would like to have access to a kettle or hot water for tea and coffee. also, while the room was very clean it did smell of mould, this can be fixed by putting a bowl of vinegar in the room. the room had a great view of the catherdral and the staff were very friendly and nice. the directions on the website are terrible, they say something like, step 2, turn left onto road A. step 3, turn right onto road A. bit confusing!! thanks

Good hostel with basic facilities though not the same atmosphere and cozyness i expierenced in other hostels. It was good for me as i needed a basic sleep close to the train station, but if i'd be in brussels as a tourist i would prefer a hostel with a better atmosphere.

Nice hotel

A good place to relax while visiting more than a couple of days the city, though the radio streaming is sometimes disturbing. A lot of international people, at least during my stay. The Staff is very helpful and nice. By the way, the location is perfect. Thank you!

The big advantage of this hostel is its location. Within 5 mins you're in the old town of Brussels or at the Central train station. However, otherwise the value for money is quite poor. 27€ for a bed in a quad room is overpriced. One evening the toilets were missing paper which was still not replaced in the morning. One morning there was no milk and nobody brought in new milk. It is also not acceptable to charge for storing luggage. Even hotels offer that service free of charge.

The location is great, really close to the centre.Breakfast was awsome. And the staff was verry helpfull. They gave us a card for enterance the rooms. One problem is there is no enough socket in the rooms,Just ONE.and other problem is wifi is weak in the rooms but you can use it in the holl and i can recommend.

The only downside was the quality (and quantity) of the breakfast. The coffee machine was broken (that happened last time I was there as well). The only savoury option to put on the bread was cheese which I cannot eat. Cereal option was only flakes, which don't work with hot water. But there's not a lot of choice in Brussels if you're over 35 and not a millionaire. Jacques Brel was better, but that's further out (near Botanic). Nearest main station Congress. Brueghel is walkable from Central.

This may be the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. Other than there being a bed, warmth, helpful staff and free breakfast, there was not much to like. There is no common room or kitchen, the bathrooms are small, mouldy and rusty, the wifi is terrible and patchy and the whole place is a bit run down. In short, it's missing basic facilities and needs a good clean up. It's not the worst hostel in the world, but you can do better

Nice location, but too expensive for what you get. Specially for a Private room.

There should be wifi in rooms . We took a twin sharing room with an attached bathroom, the bathroom had place to shower and a sink but with no toilet which was quite strange. The receptionist was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic and nice. We had a good stay overall.

Wifi does not work throughout the entire hostel, which is a huge negative as the common areas didn't feel welcoming to hang out in.

was a little too far from brussels zuid train station: not easy to get there and I lost my way. not all beds have a charging port either, so it's tricky.if everyone wants to.charge their phone at the same time. also no lockers in room!

About the facilities: I missed having a toilette in my room (but that`s ok, since I paied for a shared bathroom). The shower in my room took so long to get warm.

The location is very good and the staff are friendly. Apart from that very basic hostel. The biggest disadvantage is that there is a constant problem with warm water - you either have to wait a long time or at some hours there is no warm water at all. Also, would be more convenient if the reception stayed open also during the night

A very pleasant hostel which, in the main, is frequented by young travellers. Facilities were good including an excellent breakfast and the opportunity of buying an evening meal (complete with drink). There is a bar... I would recommend this hostel for anyone who is travelling to Brussels. It is handily placed for the historic centre of Brussels and only five minutes walk from Brussels Central rail station. The staff also speak several languages, including English and Spanish

Stayed there for 2 nights. The location is very good, breakfast good, otherwise the hostel is rather average but does the job. Wouldn't stay there for longer periods though.
