There were six in our group, and I believe we all were very pleased. I was tempted to rate everything good so that I could emphasize how delightful the staff and owners are. They made our stay very special.

Great value for the money, breakfast was a good surprise, homemade goodies. Girls in the kitchen can cook. Found the best guide in Lencois: Flor, will recommend his service.

Really nice Hostel. My room was really spacious and everyone has a big locker. The facilities are clean and the chill out area was really comfy. The staff is really helpful and nice but sometimes a bit too overprotective!

The staff was so lovely and helpful!! We met so many nice people in the Hostel and the private room we got was really good! The breakfast is amazing, really like homemade food, we were so happy that we could eat different things like yogurt and honey instead of just the common Brazilian white bread and cheese. The outdoor area is very nice and they have a good space for cooking and the location is also very good.

Hostel Chapada is lovely. The whole team is very receptive. It also has a great location in a beautiful city. The rooms are comfortable, and the space in the hostel is very well spent. There is always a different cake at the breakfast. Congratulations to all Hostel Chapada’s staff. Totally recommend.

Nice hostel, but the credit card machine was broken and it is not that easy to find out a way to get cash on the city.

Dear Eduardo, in fact we do not accept credit card as you can confirm on our site. It is not true that it is not easy to get cash in town. The city of Lençóis has Banco do Brasil right in the middle of the town, a huge building that stands out for its size much bigger than all other buildings (very little tiny town) and ATM machines that serve all major credit cards for cash withdrawal OPEN from 7am to 10pm 7 days a week. You were advised of that fact. I understand, and witnessed myself, you chose to use your cash to pay for a 3-day hike therefore cutting your stay here short in 3 nights. I understand you use your money as you please. Let´s be fair and not blame your cash shortage sitiation on the city of Lençóis nor the hostel. Besides, you had a balance of 6 nights here at the hostel and were charged only for 3 nights. Kindly, Marcia
