I loved this hostel the moment I saw it. I loved the pool and wished it was warm enough to USe! Great neighborhood and girl with short hair is exceptional with recommendations and directions. Others not so much. Bathroom could use a good scrub and too warm room but nice bed. Great breakfast and common area!

Staffs are nice and helpful. There is always somebody at the front desk so late check is totally fine. If you drive there, parking is not a problem, because there are three parking spaces in the hostel and you can also park in front of the hostel.

Each staff member was super friendly. During my stay in early January, my room was super cold. The staff were more than willing to make the room warmer and provide additional blakets. Breakfast was sufficient- cereals, oatmeal, boiled eggs, toast with various spreads (including Nutella!) My favorite part was the location - $5-6 Uber ride to most bars and super close (0.4 miles) from the gay bars!

I enjoyed my stay here. It is located in a beautiful part of Houston. The back 8 person dorm can get a little stuffy at night. All in all the hostel has a lot to offer and is very well kept.

It is very awesome but the towels are filthy.

Cozy hostel with a homy feeling. It is located close to a busstop, which can take you to all major highlights of Houston. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Only thing was the temperature in the room, with which they seemed to have some difficulty to get it warmer (it was freezing at night). Besides that very nice hostel!

A nice Hostel in a calm neighborhood. Coffee all day long, good kitchen. But the beds are not really solid...

Breakfast was awful considering the price.

This is a great hostel. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, clean and safe with lockers in the rooms. Loved that it's a house that has been repurposed into a hostel so it feels very homey. Staff is nice and helpful and there are great common areas to meet people. Bus stop is 3 minutes away that gets you downtown easily. Highly reccomended!

Staff at the hostel was very good. Very helpful when I had questions about the area. Rooms were nice and clean and the pool was a nice addition to the place! The location was great, only about a 20 min walk to downtown and the total cost for 3 nights stay was really nice!

This is a nice hostel, if you already have things planned to do in Houston, but not the sort of place you're likely to meet other travellers and party with them (the no alcohol rule pretty much guarantees that). It's in a great area though, the staff are really helpful, and the house itself is beautiful, with very nice communal areas, a pool, good wi-fi, and an adequate, if somewhat bland, free breakfast.

Great location, very clean and safe place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location is in a leafy neighbourhood with some great bars and restaurants nearby. Roughly a 30-40 minute walk to the Museum District, and Houston isn't really geared up for public transport. Staff were pleasant enough but not hugely engaging, but the hostel inhabitants always seemed to be great fun and from all walks of life and all ages. In terms of security it seemed that other guests often left dorm doors open, which was exasperating, but lockers are available. Lovely outside area and pool.
