Great place to stay right next door to Victory Monument, so great for transport to other parts of Thailand. Breakfast, tea , coffee, toast cornflakes included in room price. Very helpful staff. Would recommend 5th floor. Beautiful oasis of calm in the middle of BKK, plants,Buddha house etc. Will stay again.

I absolutely loved this hostel. The best thing was the cleanliness especially with the bathrooms. It's always nice when you don't have to worry about the cleanliness of the hostel you're staying at. Also, the female staff at the front desk was amazing. She was always helpful and friendly. The only bad thing would be that it's hard to get to the first time. The directions were great, but I came in late so the landmarks were hard to see. I stayed at the hostel two separate times and it was great.

It's in a great location next to victory monument, it's easy to find and close to the sky train in order to get around. The hostel is very quiet and a little out of the way making it a perfect place to rest your head after a long trip. Probably the cleanest hostel in Bangkok

Some improvements that I can suggest are: (i) more variety of food for breakfast, with some healthier options; (ii) showing some better TV programs and movies in the common room.

Great hostel! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The dorm was great, each bunk had it's own lockable storage compartment, reading light and curtain and the beds were very comfortable. The location is not right in the heart of the action but it is only about a 10 minute tuk tuk away. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

I stayed here for only one night in the dorm and it was an above-average experience. The lounge area is nice, the beds are clean and comfy, and the bathrooms are big and very nice . Also, I was happy that each bed was provided with a personal nightlight, plug, cubby, locker, AND curtain. The location is great, it's a 30 second walk to the BTS. The staff was also VERY friendly in helping me with directions and tips the next morning! I definitely recommend this place.

I found my stay just okay at HI Mid. I was surprised that there was no TV nor phone in the room but then again it's okay. Wi Fi signal is quite low in the room and you have to enter the password every time you login. I would also suggest that maybe you can add some more items on the breakfast, such as butter for the bread. And maybe more bread as I had only the leftovers on the last day because I came down at 9am though breakfast is supposed to be until 10am.

Excellent hostel - very clean and quiet, in a great location for transportation from Victory Monument Dorms have beds with individual lockers (need own padlock), light, power and curtain for privacy Bathroom is one of the best shared I have used, includes soap/shampoo dispensers - great Breakfast is provided but is basic - cornflakes with strange tasting milk and toast with watery jam - fresh fruit was good. Tea and coffee are provided free but are low quality Good bag storage after checkout

I thought the hostel was in a good location to use the BTS system only. Great to use it for getting to the airport with BTS also. Veryyyyy hard to get a cab in the area. The hostel is beautiful and very well kept by their cleaning staff. Pong was soooo helpful....she helped us with our laundry by hanging it up so we didnt have to waste our day waiting for machines. Always has a smile for you. The only concern with staff that i had was this lady that worked the front counter. Just rude!!!

Nice and clean, close to the sky rail which was a plus since it was easy to get from the airport and to the boats on the Canal for sightseeing.

one of the male staff should not be working there at all. he often stared at me when i asked him questions and reluctantly obliged. I suspected that he is the owner's son. people like him would not able to get a job. apart from him, other staff need to work on their PR too.

A very clean hostel; bathrooms were immaculate, which is always nice. I don't know that this hostel is particularly close to any interesting tourist sites or restaurants, but there is a giant street market right next to it, and it is very easy to get to from either airport (Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi). The sky train runs right past it.

we only stayed for one night but wish it could have been longer! the bathrooms were very clean, nicer than mine back home. I liked that the beds had a curtain for privacy and a personal storage area in the bunk which could be locked (with your own lock). staff was very sweet and helpful, even providing a map of the surrounding area without us requesting it. book exchange upstairs in the loft area with a lot of material. very close to skytrain too!

Good location and clean room but little value for money. For similar amount of money can get a regular 3* hotel with services included.

Great location near the Victory monument stop. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The dorm beds had a curtain, which was very nice for privacy. You can turn on your reading lamp late at night and plan out your next day without worrying about bothering someone. Their free breakfast included cereal, tea, juices, melons, and toast. Very nice

I stayed in the double room, by myself. They were very flexible with regards to wanting to bunk solo (and lowering the price a bit on the double when the singles were booked.) Simple, beautifully decorated, decent location super close to Victory Monument (think: More real Bangkok than touristy.)

Location is far away from Grand Palace and National museum but convenient to shopping center and weekend market by metro. The rest is just basic except for their good breakfast
