I have staid in several other International Youth Hostels. This is one of my favorites. The location and surrounding are amazing. I enjoyed being able to the Fitzgerald Reserve. I like the common area and especially the kitchen. Clean, bright with a beautiful view. Well equipped and organized too. I also appreciated the fact that the dorm had its own bathroom.

The location is great if you are traveling by car. This is a place where you might want to stay a day longer - just to enjoy the place, the lighthouse and the beach. My boyfriend and me stayed in a room for two - its not big, but the view from the ocean view from the window and sound of ocean paid for that :) We had a shared bathroom with two other people. Also it is 30 minutes drive from SF airport - great for a roadtrip. We are already planning to go back there once we are in SF again :D
