Very nice location and good view over the town. But the staff could be more friendly. The rooms were waaaay too warm and the beds noisy. Bad sleep for two nights! The breakfast is not included! Strange people staying there. But all in all an average hostel.
Great location and fantastic to have breakfast included. We stayed I a private with ensuite room which had lots of space.
Great hostel in Old City, most of the attractions are walking distance.
First time in the city and this was the best place for me to stay. Simple but clean bathrooms, clean sheets (beds are a bit short in length) but they have awesome tours, great pubcrawl (I actually stayed till the end) and I made great friends here. Also, Mike at the desk during the night is great, funny and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!
This is a fairly big hostel in a fantastic location. The kitchen was really big which was great. The staff were always on hand to help if you needed anything.
A good hostel. Would stay here again. As with many of these older, traditional hostels, they lack enough electrical sockets in rooms to cater for the mobile phone/laptop generation of traveller. They should consider putting some multipoint extension leads in the rooms to provide a quick solution to this problem.
Very, very clean, and very reasonably priced. A great place for anyone in their 20's to stay as most of the guests seem to fall in to that age group. Great for meeting people, ceiling fans in all rooms for humid nights. Very clean shower rooms/bathrooms. Downside is that there are a lot of guests sharing only a few showers so guests should time their morning and evening shower times accordingly. Great location.

Good hostel in the middle of Québec old town. Good location. Too bad though, this hostel is too big, with too many people.
It is very clean , and strategically located. The staff are very helpful and friendly . Only setback is that you enter the after you check out.
Lots of excellent, sparkling clean bathrooms, 6 person dorm room spacious, very clean. Frontdesk staff helpful, knowledgeable, multi langual and smiley.
Nice location, very helpful and friendly staff. I stayed in a 4 beds storm, which is spacious.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very clean. The room was modest, but this I expected at a hostel. This was a very good stay. I will definitely return. Thank you to all for making my visit to Quebec City a pleasure and a great value.
The bed is too tiny, wish there will be larger bed in the dorm
We've stayed only 1 night at that place but the staff was very helpful and polite. Not necessary very friendly but professional and available. The room was clean and the washrooms as well, unfortunately there are just a few on each floors so you got to be quick or patient. Breakfast is descent and included and they also have a bar there! We didn't have the chance to enjoy that hotel atmosphere but overall it was a very pleasant stay. Very well located, quiet and safe!
Very clean and very helpful staff available 24/7. Fantastic location right inside the old walls. A good "social" hostel with activity suggestions, free walking tours, pub crawls, and a community breakfast option. However, smaller-sized 6-bed dorms provide a relative amount of privacy, as well (and bathrooms are very clean and private). Great hostel all around

Great hostel with plenty of common and chill out areas. Couldn't get a more central location. Definitely need air on in the rooms, 8 people and a rubbish fan in summer makes for uncomfortable nights sleep
The hostel is well located and has everything you need in terms of kitchen etc. The hostel is just lacking in atmosphere and character. I didn't find the staff very friendly, although they were all very professional and answered any questions. The kitchen is great. Having to pay for breakfast is kinda annoying and it didn't look that great either to be honest. But all in all a great place to stay whilst in Quebec City.
Friendly helpful staff. Bath, room, and kitchen were all clean in in order. The room was modest, but I expected that in a hostel. Great location. Thank you for a good stay.
Busy hostel with lots of activities, good value for the money.
