Good location close to attractions. Good breakfast, showers etc. The wifi in the hostel wasn't great, it kept dropping in and out regardless of where you were in the hostel.

Very nice hostel. Not a crazy party place - families stay there, but still it has a nice bar where you can meet people. My room was a bit cold but you can ask for extra blankets. Showers nice and hot. Location is great.

This hostel was in the best location, right in the centre of old Quebec. The staff were amazing, the rooms were secure and had lockers, there were plenty of clean bathrooms and a great atmosphere :)

Really enjoyed the selection of National Geographics from last century especially, but generally the entire atmosphere was grand!

The location is epic. Right in the old Quebec and very close to the stores and restaurants. Stayed in a private twin room and there was quite a lot of space. The walls weren't very soundproof that you could hear people walking and talking. The shared bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was very very helpful. Felt cold that night and the guy at the front desk offered to raise the heat and got us extra blankets. A lady also helped us to call a cab. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

First time at a hostel. Really enjoyed this experience, it was safe, secure and clean. The staff was very friendly. Only complaint was that they didn't have enough towels, but at this value it's hard to complain...

First time at a hostel. Didn't know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised: facilities very clean, staff very friendly Was warned, though, on first night to get a locker: The gifts of one guest were recently stolen. But that is a problem with the guests, and not the staff and hostel. I highly recommend this hostel for first-time and returning visitors to Quebec. Excellent location (Old Quebec), right next to shopping locations and tourist destinations (Parliament, Place d'Youville).

The location is perfect! It's in old town and accessible to everywhere. However, there's no socket in room and it's inconvenient. Anyway, staffs are friendly, I liked the atmosphere, and I was satisfied with the stay in this hostel.

The location is great! So convenient to the old city. The hostel in general was good and welcoming. However, my room was a little chilly. Also, only one bathroom on the floor was in order, which was rather inconvenient.

Everything was amazing. The only negative thing I have about this place is the beds. I stayed here 2 nighs, and always woke up really sore. This is coming from someone that travels literally 24/7 for work, although not always in hostels :)

- One of the showers was spraying everywhere. - stairwell smelt pretty weird/bad

Staff was cool and bathrooms very clean. Beds are narrow and blankets not large enough. If the temperature is too hot or cold you can get the staff adjust it. Nice feeling of being back to school.

Admittedly I was here mid week.. so I'm hoping the atmosphere of the hostel picks up on the weekend. The hostel itself was fine. Tiniest bed I've ever been in, but rooms were spacious and clean. Bar area wasn't great and didn't lend itself to meeting a lot of people. Common areas were clean and there is a nice large kitchen. Just wish the atmosphere was better!

A very bad experience. The heater was not turned on at the first night so it was too cold for us to fall asleep. We requested to turn on the heater the next morning, but the temperature was so high that we had to request to lower it. And the room became extremely cold AGAIN! It seemed that the heater can either be on or off and the hostel just could not keep the room temperature at an appropriate level. The staff was not very nice either. But I guess maybe that is what hostel is like.
