I wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was excellent from start to finish what else can I say.

Nice hostel but way too expensive for middle of winter in a mostly empty hostel!

The hostel is cool, but nothing in it is special. The dorm had stank a lot, thoughout the 3 days I stayed there there was always an awful smell. Maybe those sprays could be nice, once you can't open the windows.

The experience was very nice. The only problem was the sheets that weren't clean.

Lacks character and atmosphere. The Wednesday pub crawl was poorly designed and lead. The washrooms are clean and security is great.

we stayed in a private room - it was basic but adequate and a good big size. The private room included daily cleaning, new towels, breakfast. Breakfast was great-toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juice - and the common kitchen had everything you could want. quite a few families staying and a nice friendly atmosphere-dwfinitely not a party hostel (a good thing!!) Overall, I would.recommend this hostel as a good budget choice to stay in the old city of quebec.

This hostel was average. Not great, not poor, just average. Staff were helpful, but unsociable and indifferent - there was no atmosphere in any social areas. I enjoyed the activities they arranged. Accommodation was expensive, even by local standards, and did not include breakfast, which would have given better value for money.

Location of this hostel is amazing in the heart of vieux Quebec. Staff were friendly and informative. Rooms were quite small, but efficient - although it would be nice to have had a fridge. Bathrooms were very neat. Option of free breakfast in private rooms is a nice bonus, although food selection was a bit bland - would be nice to have a hot breakfast selection besides toast. Only complaint was that the hostel is up a very steep hill, but to be expected as most of old Quebec is on hilly terrain

It was my first time in Quebec city, and this hostel made it a wonderful experience! It's not too far from the car park, and it's located right within the Old City! The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean (as well as the bathrooms). All-in-all, if I go back to Quebec, which I'm sure I will now that I enjoyed it and only live a few hours away, I will surely stay here again!

Fix the bathroom floor in room 22....always brown and muddy. Other than that FANTASTIC!!!!! GREAT HOSTEL, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT STAFF, GREAT CITY, GREAT BEER! - Love IT! Full of power points! - AWESOME! Also would be good to add some more 'tours' and some more information to the tour...rather than just a long stroll. Less anal about Breakfast when you are waiting to check in (there is always left overs) Breakfast a little early.... its sooo good, but after a big night out most nights - very hard

Location is good! breakfast is good(Only private room). kitchen is big and clean. But staffs aren't friendly, some of them are helpless! You need to tell front desk to turn on the heater. The card of hostel doesn’t work very often. there is no Wifi in the rooms, only in lobby or basement. Everynight in the basement is very, very noise!! Internet for free is only 1GB/weekly. Don't try to watch movie or Download sth. They don't keep your luggages for free if you ckeck out! The worst hostel !!

A friend and I stayed here for two nights during the first week of November. Overall: A convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. The hostel staff is great. I foolishly booked the wrong nights to stay at the hostel and they were changed, free of charge - thanks Dominique! The rooms were clean and affordable but the beds were like sleeping on used styrofoam.

I found the hostel pleasant, and it was reasonably comfortable. It was pricy, and because of this, I was suprised that breakfast wasn't included. Also, when I checked in someone had taken my assigned bunk, and the front desk was unwilling to fix the problem, despite the fact that I have issues with my back and struggle to climb bunk ladders.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly and the hostel was in a great location. The rooms were a little dark and older but the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. I also liked that they included towels with the price of the room.
