Fantastic hostel! I really enjoyed my stay there. Located close to everything in Old Quebec and to downtown. Staff were extremely helpful from check in to check out.

Spotless. Great location. Staff very friendly. Organized activities. Cozy bar down stairs to meet people.

Great location. It\'s just inside the Old City, but far enough off the main drag that it\'s not too noisy at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problems were: WIFI is not available in rooms (only in common areas), and the breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired...it consisted only of bagels/toast, cereal and cold eggs nothing hot.

Nice hostel, very clean, new and modern bath rooms. Located in the old town, supermarket is not too far away. Very friendly staff. About 20 mins away from bus terminal. Bring lock for lockers. Excellent kitchen and equipment. Living room a bit small but was enough for a rainy night.

It was so nice. location, and facilities were good. But, the price was pretty expensive for those services(not giving breakfast, no wifi in bedroom).

Pretty much a standard HI Hostel. Kind of expensive, but really nice, plus the comfort of knowing a particular standard before you start. You can\'t buy your own beer and drink it though, which is a bit of a pain. Other than that, it\'s fine. And the building is quite a beautiful building.

great location, very clean, friendly staff and enough space for laggage. I was glad there is the locker in my room. This hostel is great for exploring old Quebec city.

This hostel we thought was okay, a bit overated though. Very clean and nice bathroom and kitchen etc but the beds were horrible!!!!! They are really small bunk beds, real narrow and rock hard so our backs were very sore. They really need to get new beds for the price you pay a night we have stayed at much better hostels with actual comfortable beds!! Plus the wifii didnt work very well, you are only allowed a certain amount of download usage before you can't use it, annoying!

Fantastic location in the heart of old Quebec. Very clean and spacious rooms. However, lacked atmosphere in the bar and upstairs areas. Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about the city.

This is a great hostel to stay in while you\'re spending your vacation time in Quebec City. It\'s clean, secure, and the location is perfect. You can walk everywhere around the old Quebec City. I like the lockers in the room where you can store your luggage and other valuables, but don\'t forget to bring your own lock. The bed is a bit uncomfortable, but when you\'re tired after you walk around everywhere, you would fall asleep easily. All in all, it\'s a great hostel. I highly recommend it. :)

This is a really nice hostel and I would highly recommend it. The location is very central and easy to get to any part of town and like all of Quebec, is very safe. Rooms are large and beds laid out to give you a bit of space and privacy and the security of the hostel is good. Number of bathrooms to room is OK, maybe a touch low, but fine.

Hello HI Quebec-Auberge Internationale de Quebec. I enjoyed my stay at your hostel on the easter weekend. I would like to suggest the following. 1. Update beds that are longer for full size adults. I am not that tall and just had enough room. Anyone taller would have problems. 2. Update beds that are more rigid. Beds move about like you are on the ocean when your travel partner moves in their sleep! 3. Recruit outing leaders who can share information on the trip! Thanks!

I had the feeling of staying in a big hotel than a hostel that´s why it has no real character. The view from the third level over the city was great though and all the cool locations in the old city center were close.

Like any other "HI" it provides everything you need without being cheap nor having this "friendly" thing required to feel comfortable.

Expensive, does not include breakfast. Kind of a factory. No character. Staff is kind but not friendly. Good location. Not the best hostel i've been to !

Another HI hostel, great location and facilities but for the backpacker who wants to meet other people, it just feels like a hotel, everything is so big and spread out and non-personal, the staff are helpful but more like receptionist in a huge hotel. For me, the people and staff are what makes my stay. The location is very conveniant so I would stay there again.

I didn't particularly enjoy staying at this hostel, it was really just a bed to sleep in when I appreciate something a little more on my travels. It was very large, hotel-ish style and quite expensive for no breakfast included. The only upside was that it had an excellent location, just around the corner from Chateau Frontenac and right in the heart of old quebec. Found the other guests to be exceptionally noisy, but the place was clean and the beds were comfortable enough.
