Although the front desk staff is great, the cleaning staff doesn't clearly dust or vacuum enough... take an allergy pill before you arrive... and the mattresses are the worst, some with dips down to the metal bar in the center!! But breakfast is excellent!!!

I did not enjoy this hostel at all, certain staff were rude and unhelpful, and the rooms smelled like sweaty ball sack...then again I've never enjoyed HI hostels so maybe they just rub me the wrong way...anyways I would not reccomend it

Fix the wireless Internet. When you're in part of the building you can actually get some reception the internet is so slow. Otherwise pretty good hostel

Great location, staff were very helpful, good clean facilities...you have to pay extra for breakfast though.

My room could have done with a bit of sprucing up esp in the bathroom (annoying theres only one toilet and shower between 8 girls and no other toilets on same floor.) Also my mattress felt like it was caving in But good location and they have events going on for people staying a while like Thanksgiving dinner.

I should probably qualify my rating a bit. Firstly I stayed in a 4 bed dorm with shower etc. just for the 4 people. Was very clean, the entire hostel in fact. There always seemed to be cleaning staff around. Security is good, you get security cards for entry to main hostel area and your room. Location is easy walking distance to downtown etc. and it\\\'s 2 mins walk from a subway stop. The place felt a bit cliquey but thats to be expected I suppose wit

This is a nice hostel. Its clean and easy to access everywhere. However, breakfast is expensive if you buy it at the hostel and internet is expensive. It is a good hostel but I dont think it is really value for money.

When I got to my room the bed was coverd with bugs as a result of the window being left open by other girls in the room. They changed the sheets but it was too late for the bugs to be cleaned up around the sink area. No towels in the room with the linen
