Very fun hostel in a really good location. The beds were probably the worst I've slept on though. Pub crawls were awesome!

The towel had a strong smell of bleach! Otherwise, the hostel was fine and the location is good.

I think the Hi-Toronto Hostel overall was very good. The day we had to departure. We had to check out at 11 am and our flight wasn't till 9 pm. When I ordered the stay at the hostel it said, that I could get my baggade stored at the hostel until I had to catch my flight. This wasn't avaible and I had to drag my suitcase around Toronto for 10 hours. This I really dislike!!!!!!

Toilet was not very clean. There's little space to move inside the room. And the fact the sink is inside the room is uncomfortable for the roommates when they are sleeping.

Highly recommended! Besides the fact that we had to move rooms a few times, this hostel was fantastic. Lots of facilities, good location, and absolutely amazing breakfasts. Would definitely stay again. Staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly.

Clean. Directions on hostel world website need to be update. It is closer to King station than Queens. Tip for travellers to Toronto- the city bike rental scheme in the city is fantastic.

The location of the hostel is really close to the St Lawrence Market, Yonge & Dundas square and within walking distance of all the attractions. The hostel do loads of activities and the breakfast there is amazing.

Sinks are directly in the dorm, so it is not so good to come back late at night. So if you don't want to desturb other mates you just come and get to bed without washing your hands and face))

An excellent hostel, well located with a super restaurant and restaurant staff. The food voucher covered a delicious breakfast and coffee. Very nice.

I had fun. My first experience staying at a hostel. First guy I met stacks rocks all over the world. Seemed to be sort of a hippie. He was out on the sidewalk smoking a joint. I knew it would be interesting. There were many people from all over the world. Most of the people were friendly and willing to engage in conversation. I ended up spending a full day with one of them. Had fun on the bar crawl which was organized by a staff member. Probably 5 or so countries represented in that group.

Really enjoyed staying in this backpackers. Good location and the staff were very helpful - from sorting out some of the trips they offered to where to go for dinner on a rainy night! Location made walking around easily and the double room was comfy and clean. Overall for a backpackers, I enjoyed it here. The breakfast filled me up - the 'Healthy nut' one and enabled me to get out and about! Thanks.

The hostel was a bit of a walk from union station if you're carrying awkward bags. But decent location. Easy walking distance to the main street. Breakfast was provided for me - I thought that was great. Limited choices, but satisfied me. I didn't go on any of the organised activities, but there looked to be lots on. My room was a bit pokey (4bed room) with not much space for us to put our bags. Lots of large lockers provided on various floors. Very pleased that there was aircon in our room

The staff was very friendly, they play great music in the lobby, the room was clean, the kitchen is pretty big so various people can cook at the same time without having to wait their turn. The only drawback was the change in events coordinator, after the switch the pub crawls were not eventful anymore.
