Very nice hostel!!! Each room has an ensuite bathroom. It's neat. Not as clean as at home of course.. But it's a hostel. Get used to it! The hostel is only 2 blocks from the beach. A less than 5 minutes walk to Lazaro beach. Very beautiful and quite a quiet beach. Very fun and nice staff and you will meet even more fun people right at the hostel. I had a great time at Tribo Hostel!

HA. this place is simply amazing. We visited after coming from Paraty. The place is big and has nice, clean rooms. The downstairs has a TV area, pool area, and dining room area. It is only two blocks away from a lot of beaches. The people that worked there were extremely friendly and made us feel like at home. I would recommend this place anytime.

Location was good and a nice place to relax away from the big cities. Ubatuba center is 30min by bus. Lázaro beach was beautiful and sheltered, trails to walk near and several small markets for groceries were close. The staff at the hostel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well above average. Downside, I dont carry my laptop and there was only one old computer for internet use and it wasnt free(wifi is free). I really recommend stopping here between Rio and São Paulo to unwind a bit.
