I was very surprised. I booked a bed in a 20-Bed-Dorm and liked the way they built it. There are walls in between and you quite get your privacy. If you have a light sleep, bring earplugs. There is a bar next to the hostel so you can hear the music. I was in four hostels so far and this was the best of 'em. I stayed for eight nights.

It's a nice hostel that is close to everything in Victoria. Although the 40 Bed male dorm can get a bit noisy in the morning or at night with everyone snoring and the club just across the road can be loud at times, but otherwise its perfectly nice.

It was an ideal location as it is close to Parliament buildings etc. Right in downtown too.

the sofas in tv room should be more comfortable and there should be some sofas in billiard room
