Security is only poor because there is often a line at the reception area and I\'ve seen people just walk right in that were not guests.

the bathrooms were repulsive. the shower had mold everywhere and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 6 months.

A bit large and impersonal but in an excellent location.The staff and volunteers were very helpful and there were plenty of organised nights out.

Excellent time there. This was actually my second time there, and it was some how better than the first! (so much so that I over slept and missed checkout by an hour. :X but the staff were more than understanding, so it was fine!) Could not recommend them enough, thanks again!

VERY REASONABLY PRICED place to stay in Chicago, land of astronomically high hotel room rates. Close to everything, clean, friendly staff. Had about 5 attempts up and down the stairs to get my key to work, that was the only annoyance.

it's simply the best hostel, that I know. Very clean, lots of comfort and nice staff. I always love to come back there... keep going like that
