10 person dorm was too loud. Toilets were blocked and too few showers.

Very good location. Very good security - pity you had to pay for the lockers and couldn't use your lock though. As much character as you'll get from HI. Helpful staff. People are willing to have fun if you instigate it. Clean. Good example of a medium to large hostel.

we booked 2 beds or twin room, this meant a double bed, but they provided an extra folded bed.

The biggest problem was there was a lack of bathrooms and they got busy. There was a very reasonably priced cafe in the basement. You could also get cheap tickets to see the Toronto Blue Jays

I didn't feel very comfortable staying here and the room smelt stale.

Nice quite place, plenty of room to move around, excellent kitchen, bath mats on tiled floors would be safer
