The staff at HM Hostel Moscow were friendly and very helpful about what to see and do. The hostel is in an excellent location and I could walk to all the sights easily. The only downside was that I had booked a female room as I was travelling alone, but was put into a mixed room without being informed. The hostel was clean and you could leave valuables at the reception as there were no lockers in the rooms. The staff at HM Hostel Moscow were friendly and very helpful about what to see and do. Very clean, cool old renovated buildings. Spotless kitchen. Only 1 shower is a problem when there is a long line. Good location, good hostel. Not amazingly fun or sociable. Had everything I needed: wifi, good kitchen, very hot showers! Easy to find by the directions given. Staff were fantastic - a big thank you for walking me to the station to buy my train ticket to St Petersburg. Great hostel. The staff is a lot of fun and the location is a short walk from the metro station. Great location, right near the Arbat and a short walk to the Kremlin.
