For a backpackers inn, it's really great. Our host, Nam, was amazing and she really helped us a lot in terms of recommending activities and getting us to our next stop, Mui Ne. For anyone looking for simplicity and cheap, HQ cafe is definitely the place!
It is really cheap, a few minutes walk to the beach, friendly and helpful staff, nice batrooms, big beds. Absolutely worth the price (and then some).
We arrived at 6.00am and were told that we could come back at 1pm when our room would be ready. We understand there is early check in (that we weren't offered) at cost but after 11 hours on a bus the receptionist was not accommodating at all. we asked to store our bags somewhere safe. We eventually after a few times of him saying come back at 1, got let into a communal area to leave our bags. I asked for a locker and he could only find one key. This locker didn't have a locking function.
Not bad but not much to do. The breakfast is included, which is nice.
This hostel was quite good, nice beds, nice rooms with common area to it. Free breakfast as well. The location was good with cafés, restaurants and a market just nearby. Definitely good value for money, would come back.
Rooms need updating. Rooms not clean, found numerous cockroaches, so we ended up staying only one night and moved to another hotel nearby for the rest of our stay.
Very friendly staff and good location. The rooms smelled old and are looking dusty, so we only stayed for one night.
