good stay for lonely backpackers who want to make friends, poor option for couple who want something like a hotel, and who will find there noise/party ambiance.

The cleanliness of the rooms are poor. More attention needed on bathroom (private room), floors and dust. The lounge area and kitchen is very clean otherwise.

No lockers to secure belongings - and as some dorms just dont close, it should be mandatory The place was certainly very nice and clean a few years ago, but it is poorly managed and taken care of - some walls are already missing paint, the ceilings are starting to fall, etc... In a few years, it will be filthy and destroyed. Staff in quite impersonal (wont say their names spontaneously nor propose tourism assistance). The recepcionist was drunk when we checked in !

hq is located in a quite nice part of the city and everything you need is near. the house, especcialy the living room and the garden, is a beautiful place. unfortunately the staff does not really take care of it. our room was dirty when we arrived (old towels and bedsheets, rubbish on the floor, bathroom was floated...) and our private shower did not work at all, so we had to use the shared bathrooms. many things are missing in the kitchen and it is not clean as well.

This place could be much better. Kitchen looked good at start but upon inspection I found that it had no forks, hardly any knives, hardly any pots and only broken pans. My bed also broke on me, twice. Breakfast was standard hostel breakfast, whilst wifi and movie room were good.

Pans& knives in kitchen were awful. Handles falling off or broken. Part of traveling is cooking. White cook top could use a serious cleaning. HQ did a good job of arranging taxi's for me & my early wake up request was prompt

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast was really bad. The bed was not comfortable either.

I enjoyed my stay there- staff was friendly, nice atmosphere. But the beds were not very comfortable and there were no electrical outlets in our room. And there was no water when I went to take a shower.

I was living in a room around the corner on third floor. The room smells really bad. The water was really small and hot. It was not possible to take the shower in my room, also it was a single room. Fortunatlely, the water in the public shower room was good.

Could use more than one computer. Kitchen was dirty and often without supplies - eg. coffee, buns, fruit othen than grapes and soft apples. Our room had knobs missing from bathroom cabinet, toilet seat not secured on toilet and mattresses on beds need replacing.
