An excellent option for the budget traveller, cheap dorm or single rooms and breakfast included. The staff were so helpful, going out of their way to help and always with a good sense of humour. The location in the heart of the old town makes it a handy and comfortable visit to Ha Noi.

This was the first hostel we had ever stayed in and we loved it! It was in a perfect location short walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake, Super market, close to great shopping, fabulous restaurants. The hostel was very safe, clean, and well kept up. The people and staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in cheaply staying in Hanoi

I like how helpful the staff were at this hostel. They had a lot of ideas about places to go and things to see. The prices they charge for a tour seem to be higher than the average around town. When I was checking out the guy behind the desk didn't know how to use the credit card machine; it was a little frustrating.

Very happy overall. Hanoi is a bit crazy, and the Atlantic was my little oasis. Also met very cool people there.

Hanoi Atlantic is a very good hostel. It’s clean, comfortable. The Staffs working in the hostel are very nice, friendly and will bend over backwards to do anything you ask of them. The hostel located in the central of Hanoi old quarter. I strongly recommend you this hostel if you want to spend a nice journey.

Splendid, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, especially Mr Nguyen Dinh Quan, Sales Manager, who provided attentive and prompt assistance before/during our 2011 Christmas holiday in Hanoi. Wifi in room and computer in the lobby was free of charge. Breakfast was plentiful. Good value for money.

This is a small hotel but offer excellent service and highest convenience to tourists. Free wifi, free internet computer, free breakfast. All staffs are most friendly, helpful. It's a good place for staying if you are traveling around the north of Vietnam.

The price you can't complain at all (great value for the hostel in central of Hanoi). Great storage for your large backpack while you are going on a tours. We booked for 3 days Halong tour and the 2 days Sapa tour which was good but a little pricey for what you get as there is no free drink included, free room for take a rest before to going to the next destination. Overall great service and would staying here again.
