Great hotel, free breakfast, easy to find and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Just bring your ear plugs ìf your in a room near the lift, the constant dinging gets annoying very quickly

A fantatsic hotel with an incredible staff. I have never felt more at home in two years travelling. Even after only two nights I was taken for dinner and beers with one owner Tam, and drinking tea with other owner Tuan the following day, and neither would let me pay a cent. The emphasis of the hotel is on the client, not the money. It is your loss for not staying here.!

This hotel was a good standard for the price you pay, the room we had the aircon and fan were both noisy so didn't get the best sleep, we upgraded on our last night because we didn't want to have no window to a suite this was a lot better.

I have never encountered hotel staff as helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was well presented and spotless and was returned to that condition daily. I consider these people to be my friends and on a future visit to Hanoi would not consider another location. Nothing was too much trouble and tour arangements were exactly as promised. Every one smiles from their heart and attends to you with utmost courtesy. Truly I leave friends at the Atlantic Hanoi.

Very friendly staff - sometimes they forget to do something (wake you up). But at the end they repair their mistake. Great breakfast on the roof of hotel.
