We had a great time. It is not clear on the web site but the house is located at Seaside Bungalows near Coral Resort. There are easy access to the beach where we found a cool restaurant/bar (Seaside restaurant), great for a swim, sunbating or sitting on the beach cussions for happy hour sunset drinking. The house bedrooms bathrooms kitchen were great but the balcony area (it is huge) was my favorite so I really enjoyed the home theatre system. The Australian owner could not have helped us more. a fantastic place to stay for a group of 6 or so.About 10 minute walk away from Sunrise beach (full moon party) and located on sunset beach.The pictures to this place doesnt do it any justice you have to come and look for yourself. Matt was very helpful with info on the island with ferry times etc.The only negatives i can mention about this place is taxi drivers struggled when you told them you had to go to haad rin house. Have to tell them Sunset Villa and make sure u pack mosquito repellant
