Property Information:
Habitat @ Ballater is a modern stylish hostel located in a central village location.Ballater is an ideal location for exploring Royal Deeside and the eastern Cairngorms.
All our bedrooms have en suite facilities and wet rooms. We have 3 family rooms, 3 larger bunk rooms and a twin room. Our 4 bedded family rooms are furnished with a king sized double bed and a bunk bed. The hostel is fully accessible to wheelchair users. There is a lovely common room with TV/DVD ,comfy sofas and wood burning stove. Free WiFi is available. Tea, coffee ,cooking and washing up essentials are all provided free of charge.The hostel has an excellent drying room and secure storage for cycles.
The hostel has a 24 hour security entry system so you can come and go when you wish.Cleanliness is our priority and the high standards of housekeeping are always praised by our guests.
Please note:
Check in is between 3pm and 10pm Tuesday - Sunday.On Monday check ins between 5pm and 7pm only. Check out is 11am.
Hostel is open all day but must be vacated between 11am and 1pm to allow for cleaning.
We accept credit and debit cards upon arrival.
Towels are not included but can be hired for 1 otherwise you can BYO.
The common room and kitchen are closed between midnight and 6am.
There is no parking at hostel but there is ample free parking nearby.

The hotel is quite correct and practical budget side but it was a bit more expensive than the B & B where we stayed, and besides there was no breakfast (which makes sense since it n ' is not a B & B).
