The hotel has a great atmosphere and the staff are all very friendly and polite, they have no problems in helping you with any questions you may have and the communal area with free wifi is a great place to relax and also great for socialising. the location is very close to calle 12 which has some of the best bars in playa del carmen and is also pretty central to everything else. the area is pretty safe and the 24 hour reception and secure building made me feel safe and comfortable.
