this hostel was lovely to stay at on my way back from a trip in mexico and cuba, the front desk staff were helpful with every request from a weary traveller. clean towel, directions to the beach and a wake up call for taxi to the airport in the morning. it was very clean and quite. Thank you, if i go back to Cancun i will saty again. Happy Kiwi

The staff is helpfull and kind. There is a nice kitchen with fridge and freezer and a cosy dining area. The room we stayed in was a little on the small side, but the beds were fine and there were fans in the room. Good value for money!

Great for the price!!

You can get on the bus easily from the hostel to go anywhere in cancun. Is very close to the bus station. The rooms are clean and have AC, TV, and a fridge. We had a private double, was basic but nice. Staff was very kind and helpful!

Close to the ADO bus terminal, so many shops and restaurant around the hostel, I think it is very convenient place. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The building seems old but it keeps clean. I'd like to stay there again.

there was no water pressure in the bathroom, the shower head needs to be changed one had only tricles of water coming through. The toilets were not filling in properly you needed to use a bottle of water to flush. The owner should re-think is water system and build a new bathroom

Clean and save but no atmosphere

It is a nice quiet relaxing place. the staff were always friendly. its not a party hostel. but you can go next door to Quetzal hostel for that. and staying in a quiet palce you get the best of both worlds. However some things were stolen from out of my privet room which put a dampner on things. No investigating was done and so i have marked them down on security. other than that it was a really nice place.....

Quiet clean hostel, ok if you just want to sleep and live in silence but nothing else. Much better places to stay with character, facilities and atmosphere close by for the same price.

very friendly and helpful staff

This hostel was very basic, which was just fine for our first night in Cancun. The staff replied promptly to my emails before my arrival and were very nice and helpful when we were there. The only complaint I had was the noise from the hostel next door, which was loud and went late, making for a difficult sleep, not sure if this is always the case. But great staff!

A bit quieter than Quatzal Hostal down the street, which I appreciated. Close to restaurants, shops, the bus station. Immaculately clean and good decor. Comfy beds. Free breakfast not great but appreciated.

Stayed in a single room and it was quite fantastic. Very private and clean. Only a little noisy from the park at night. Staff was always happy to answer my questions and point me to the best places, like going to Playa Delfines, which was excellent! I would definitely stay here again. It was a bit hard to find but we got advice from the friendly people in around the park.
