Good value for money only negative would be the room smelt a little old
Nice motel make sure to get room upstairs as a mate had a really old sitcom and we had a new one good value for money in a really good part of chaweng away from the hustle and bustle but not very far to walk

Nice enough for the price and is 15 minute nice walk to the Hustle and bustle of Chaweng centre. Poor lock on sliding door and a lot of mosquitos. Breakfast is NOT included. If you have an early checkout make sure you grab your deposit as the reception isn't always manned and even though we tried afternoon, evening and early morning no one could be found.
I stayed 5 nights at Hakuna Matata and it was fine. It's located at the north end of Chaweng Beach, which whilst you are a 15 minute walk from the nightlife, you are based at the better end of the beach in terms of sunbathing and sand etc. I had a fan room which came with mosquito net. I had a TV, a good shower and bathroom, good size balcony with chairs and hammok. The Wi-Fi was good. There is a bar downstairs with a pool table. Be mindful that whilst the adverts say that breakfast is off
