This is a hotel, not a hostel, but very nice, convenient location, friendly staff, good value for money.

Good value for not much money and a very clean room. The staff was also nice and helpful, but sometimes we felt a little bit uncomfortable because its more a hotel for business people than backpackers. But all in all a great stay.

The hotel is good but no cheap, as all in Dubai is expensive... There is a metro station 3 blocks away so you can reach the attractions easily. The room has tv, safety box, big bed, fridge and perfect wifi connection. Also there is a swimming pool at the top of the building. The staff was quite rude.

A nice hotel, but mostly caters to locals and Saudi tourists. Directions to it are terrible!! We asked around for awhile, and finally found it from a delivery guy's directions

Very good location - only 5 minutes walk from metro station. Very helpful service. Definitely worth staying at, if you are looking for affordable price :)

This was the cheapest hotel we could find, and it was above all of our expectations. The staff was very nice and helpful. Subway very close and lots of restaurants nearby. Its kind of expensive, but definitely value for money. They have flyers at the lobby. The only downside is that there's only wifi in the lobby. Ps, dont take white taxis! They åre real cabs but overcharge you a lot! And remember to ask the taxidriver to turn on the meter ;)

Bathroom could be better, especially the bath tube a bit mouldy. Staff very helpful!

Good value for money, otherwise quite average, but nothing to complain about either. The location is good as well. It's a little farther from the metro than stated on the site, about 400m and it's a bit hidden. Find the Ibis hotel, cross the street, go to the buildings on the other side and turn right.

Average hotel in a good location. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Wifi works only in the lobby. Plenty of restaurants 5 minutes away in Al Rigga Road.

I thought this hotel was fine. It is convenient for the Metro stations Al Rigga and Union and the staff are pleasant. Wifi internet works well in the lobby, in the room you would need a cable connector which I didn't have. It's important to know that internet bookings get a special deal on breakfast which is not included in the price of the room, it was only 25 dirhams. The only minus was a lack of hot water.

Our short stay started confusingly. We initially tried to book by telephone, but was told there were no vacancies. We then booked online as the website confirmed there were vacancies. Upon arrival reception had no record and I had to print the email confirmation. I found the room to be well appointed and clean, though small. Parking was difficult to find in the area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Roof top pool, gym and sauna were good. Well situated for fast food and access to city.

The shower wasn't hot and the staff didn't communicate properly. I agreed a price to check out late the following day butthey changed the price. Location is walkable (with luggage) from Al Rigga station; it takes only 8 mins on the metro from Airport Terminal 3. Be careful with directions- it is set back from the main road and difficult to see. Opposite the Ibis Hotel on the other side of the main road but not on the main road itself. Pool and sauna are great!
