The hostel has a great location near the beach, but is about 20 minute walk from the super market and cheaper places to eat. The building is quite old, so if one person gets up in a morning the floor boards creek and you can hear them a few rooms away. Also my room didn't have any lockers so the security is a little low. Good atmosphere in the bar and good food deals.

Great hostel. Free board hire. Good facilities. Really friendly staff - and they do a meet and greet with free wine for people who've just checked in which is so good if you're travelling alone. Bar is good in the evenings. Really central to Noosa Heads main beach with shops nearby but a 10 minute walk up the hill for some of the main backpacker bars. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Facilities clean and staff were great. I loved your café as well. the noise in the room from the kitchen fridges however was not conducive to any sleep as was the coughing in the next room all night, basically next to my ears. Ear plugs didn't help. Any chance of maybe making the walls a tad thicker? why be like every other Hostel where sleep seems to not happen... :) Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Best hostel location in Noosa. Heritage listed building means that although old it oozes with history and character. The bar and restaurant keep the place lively at night while there are still areas where you can chill. There's a good number of long stay backpackers working there and together with the 2 sisters who run the place help which give it a great family feel. If it's not full, highly recommend booking here :)

The reception lady was really lovely and the guy in the kitchen kept it pristine. The kitchen wasn't equipped for the amount of people using it. Most comfortable bed I've slept in in a hostel!

Fab Location, 2 minute walk to shops and to Main Beach. If you don't want to be kept up at night from the bar's music ask to stay in the 16 bed dorm or on the right hand side of the kitchen. Major disappointment about this hostel is the kitchen - 2 sets of hobs for a hostel that holds 100 people is not enough, and neither is the lack of cutlery .. I think there were about 5 spoons for the whole hostel, meaning when you washed up after breakfast people were waiting behind you ready to pounce.

+ toilets, showers and rooms were all very clean + room sizes are small + very near the beach and national park walks - no atmosphere at all, very difficult to meet new people - for the price of the hostel the kitchen facilities are dreadful, very little stuff and what is there is of bad quality making cooking very difficult - away from the party area of Noosa, if you manage to find anyone to go with

Really nice setting for a hostel, in a lovely old house and just a stone's throw from the beach and national park. It's a 20 min walk to shops in Noosa Junction and a way from the Greyhound - but the free pickup was great (didn't even have to book) and staff were generally v helpful. Shame there are no lockers in room, plus luggage storage not particularly secure, but ok. Could have used bigger kitchen facilities. Bar was nice and cheap meal deals. Bit pricey for dorms but still good value.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at! The staff were really friendly, we even got given a free bottle of ice cold water because we missed the shuttle bus (our own fault!) the rooms, bathroom and kitchen were very spacious and clean. It was a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and all the shops!
