Very freindly and helpful staff

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and cosy. There is even a Sauna which is great during the cold winter time :-) I can highly recommend to stay here.

This hostel is just amazing! from the very entrance to the last detail, it is unbeliavable what you get for your money. The place itself is very nice, they organice really good tours at ok prices, they organice activities every night which are really fun AND they even have FREE SAUNA night on Sunday! (also the BEST smoothies I had ever tasted). The staff is extremelly friendly and knowledgeable about where to go and what to do, all their suggestions were just flawless... THANK YOU HAN TAN INN!!!

The common area here was fun and we had a great time hanging out with other travelers and enjoying the food (great value for breakfast!). Unfortunately we had some issues with the room heating and cleanliness (it was not cleaned after the last person had left, including dirty sheets and stuff all over the bathroom), but the staff was helpful in resolving the issues. They were also knowledgeable and friendly in helping us figure out how to get to surrounding attractions.

I am a traveller from Chicago USA and this is the best hostel I've been in so far! Greeeeeeat staff!!!!!! So new so clean!

Han Tang Inn Youth Hostel was a great place to stay in Xi'an for our 4 days. Centerally located, great place , very helpful staff (especially Jiajia!) and nice rooms for a hostel. The food was welcome after being in China for a while and the tour was well organised. Short walk to the city centre and kept warm for middle of winter. Cheers to Han Tang Inn

Han Tang was a really cute, fun place to stay. I stayed with 3 friends in a 4 bed private room. We had bunk beds and there was heat which was such a relief from the weather. We ate breakfast at the hostel (omg French toast) and took the Terra Cotta tour offered. I thought it was really worth it since it included transportation and some history. Our tour guide was really sweet and hilarious, so if you have the opportunity to go with Jaja (sp?) take it!

Great hostel. Staff very helpful and the bar is great value. Location is great and the tour to the warriors Was excellent! The best hostel I stayed in while Visiting china.

Great location and nice staff! Comfortable beds! We did laundry, but it smelled weird when it was returned to us - prop due to pollution and the like.It did not smell clean.

Excellent place to meet people and they actually followed through with their theme nights; we have excellent memories of dumpling making and one drunken night in the hostel's own sauna on the roof terrace! If you get bored with one of the hostels, you can always pop down to their sister hostel down the road. Good rooms with large sized bunk beds, pop down the street for some excellent street food at night, or opposite the old hostel for some amazing spinach noodles at very reasonable prices!

Very nice hostel with all the services a traveler could wish for. Drinks are on the expensive side though.

Undoubtably the best Hostel we have stayed in so far. We couldn't fault it at all! The Staff, location, atmosphere, communal area and rooms were all excellent. We stayed in a double en-suite room, It was definitely fantastic value for money as our room was more like a hotel room than that of a hostel. The food in the "Travellers Cafe" in the communal area is excellent. They offer both western & Chinese dishes, and they have different food deals on every day. We highly recommend staying here : )

Excellent hostel! Great rooms and friendly staff. Free pick up from the railway station was great. They were there waiting for us. Even though our train was nearly half an hour early! If you're in Xi'an, you can't go wrong with this place!

Position is super central and rooms are very clean. Stuff is kind and super helpful, definetly reccomended.

great hostel

This was a very good hostel. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and the breakfasts were really enjoyable each morning. We had a lovely time here and I felt at home in the hostel as soon as I arrived.
