Everything is new and clean. Our private twin room was very comftable once the heating got going! Got a free pickup AND dropoff at the train station, which was very appreciated! Breakfasts were really nice, great scrambled eggs.
Only annoyance was the internet (both wifi and the ethernet connections) was very slow, and broken for a while during our stay.Everything is new and clean. Arrived there but they had moved to their new location. The new location was excellent and relatively close to the train station (1 bus to get there). Brand new rooms and great bathrooms. The staff was great and helpful with our questions. Unfortunately there wasn't alot of guests so I'm unsure about social atmosphere.Arrived there but they had moved to their new location. Good:The staff are SO friendly. It's a refreshing change from some of the service you get in China. The hostel is new, so the rooms are very clean and nice.There is even a cute dog to keep you company. Bad:They have just moved so are still experiencing some of the moving pains.No internet in room and the connection in lobby is SLOW.Kitchen wasn't open. The hostel is in a nice central location; however a bit tricky to find at first cuz it's a small littleentrance. The people working there are very helpful and friendly for the most part. The food is good, although a bit on the expensive side. Another plus is that the hostel is right next to the Muslim quarter, so there is a lot of good looking food and good buys nearby! very disappointed with Xian!coming from Beijing hutongs,Xian looks more like a huge parking!!no place for cycling no place for walking...
The terracotta is a bit of a disney attraction, with 1km of souvenirs shops around!
the muslim quarter is really great !So, the Hang Tang inn is very well located.

this hostel has the best localitzation, more near and will be inside the drum tower!
room was basic and a bit dark. Restaurant is Ok and have free wifi and some pc's to use.
