Our stay was excellent! Great atmosphere, love the food, the free movies, activities, it was more than what we expected. We were upgraded to another room and got some free coffee with it. We loved it! We were all very pleased, definitely go again and recommend to all of our friends.

Homely place, warm in winter, professionally managed and a good place to meet other travelers.

The hostel is centrally situated inside the city wall. Its about 15min walking to the south gate or the muslim quarter. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The bed was really soft! They offer good breakfast for an affordable price. The Terracotta warrior tour is well organised and our guide was great. If no rooms available, try the Han Tang hostel (from the same branch) down the street, the staff is superfriendly!

If you make it Xi'An, this is definitely the place to stay. The food is great, the vibe is perfect, and the rooms are comfortable in every respect. Only complaint is that the water doesnt really drain well when you shower, so the bathroom stays semi-flooded for a while, but that is certainly the only thing. Definitely take the Terracotta trip with Jia Jia, as she is extremely cute, funny and memorable.

This hostel is truly excellent. It has a great bar and restaurant, nice game room, nice TV/DVD room, great rooftop chill deck area with Ping-pong. Free sauna nights in their rooftop sauna 2 times a week. Fun events, dumpling party, live music nights. Great trips to Terra Cotta and Hua Shan mountain. Great location, comfortable beds, lots of nice, clean bathrooms. Helpful staff with booking train reservations. Overall it was awesome!

Really cool Hostel. There is a wonderful atmosphere, there are always special evenings, either free Sauna or free Hot Pot or whatever. The staff is eager to help the guests, they speak fair English and are very helpful with tips for Xi'an. The pick-up service from the train station is great, it is very safe and clean. Just great!

A very nice hostel to stay in. The only thing it lacks is a kitchen!

This was a very nice place to stay. If I would be asked where to stay in Xi'an, this is a place I would advice.

Great hostel! Best hostel lobby atmosphere I've visited so far. Little issue with the bathroom floors - the water from the showers took awhile to drain from the entire bathroom floor, so make sure you bring shoes for that specific use (which most travelers do anyways). Lamp and electric outlet right next to each bunk, which is a HUGE plus!

In the center of town without being in the middle of places aimed at tourists. Comfortable lounge area, good rooms, and useful pick-up service. Staff were generally helpful if sometimes hard to get at while they bounced between checking in one group, checking out another, and trying to give directions to a third. However, they did go beyond when they brought a forgotten charger to us while we waited at for our train.

Great hostel. Loved the rooftop garden for relaxing and all the activities. They fell down on the last day by giving us back our washing still damp and somehow smelling of smoke. They started stripping our sheets while we were still packing. The dorms are lovely but tight on space so it would have been better if they'd just waited until we were finished.

Had a great stay for a weekend! Awesome location, great hostel, brilliant staff. Did the hostel tour to the terracotta warriors with jiajia (our tourguide) - it was good fun and can really be recommended!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was not friendly, the price of the food/drinks were expensive, the tour was pricey. They were located in a smelly alley, but in the middle of Xian. The double-bed ensuite room was very spacious. The bathroom was very small, but it is do-able. The shower stream was not strong, but had enough hot water for our visit in November. The open roof-top was very nice. The elevator was a bonus. It should have been operable all day, so travelers may use it when needed

Nice cosy hostel in a great locations within Xi'an. Most of the staff were great, but one didn't really want to help when you asked questions. The rest were fantastic though. Only downside is design of common area, lots of small areas to talk in groups but not great for meeting new people. Food offered here is good.

We travel all over the world and we were beyond impressed with this hostel. We were only traveling on a 2 day trip to Xian and we wished we could have stayed at this hostel longer-it was nicer than the hotel that we were staying at in Shanghai. The staff were quite helpful in accomodating our wishes while considering our limitations.

Great hostel, would stay again. Good restaurant, reasonable tour offers and a comfortable sleep. Also extremely convenient location for shopping, street shopping, and eating, it's in an area packed with action but not too noisy as hostel is down an alley.
