Great place to stay! All services is on high level. At the same time It's more hotel type hostel, so don't pretend to get too much of attention.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the roof garden. One slight disappointment was that not all items on the menu were actually available. Luckily Xi'an has amazing street food so it didn't really matter but probably best not to have things on the menu if they are not available. The staff were fantastic - especially Mikki's enthusiasm for helping us make dumplings and her halloween themed cafe latte's were impressive! A good, fun, clean hostel - two thumbs up from me!

STAF WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH BOOKINGS AND GENERAL INFORMATION. THE COMMON AREA SEEMED TO ENCOURAGE INTERACTIONS AND THE FOOD WAS FINE. OUR ROOM WAS WELL APPOINTED. ELEVATOR MADE IT EASY TO GET TO YOUR ROOM EACH NIGHT THERE WAS A FREE ACTIVITY.

Great place. Seems like it used to be a hotel that has been changed into a hostel, because many of the hotel facilities (sauna, great roof top terrace, etc) are still there. But now with hostel-like prices and atmosphere. Not on a main street, so requires some effort to find, but nothing to worry about when you have a good map (My Lonely Planet did the trick)

Though our room was tiny (307-after opening backpacks no chance to move) the hostel was great. Great located, nice bar/food menu, decent prices, laundry service, free wifi, nice rooftop terrace, lots of activities, book the terracotta armee tour with JiaJia 220¥), the best we had in months. Arriving: official Busshuttle No. 2 stops from aiport at drumtower, then approx. 10 minute walk. MUST MUST: http://tinyurl.com/3k2gz4w (look for 2 tips from Karolina H. - sliced noodles 200m from hostel)

A good hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The triple room was a little tight for the 3 of us but we made do. We were on the ground floor and it was a little noisy. A good clean choice.

Nicest hostel i've ever stayed in, super clean and spacious, more like a hotel. Small tip would be to supply towels, but minor issue.

Great location, helpful staff, really nice private room. Hot water wasn't available in the early morning which was no fun but other than that I give this place an A rating!

This place was awesome and reminded me of a western hotel, which was refreshing! I wish I had more than one quick evening to stay as the atmosphere was amazing. Only downside is you don't want to leave and explore the city. Also, the shower did not drain and turned the entire bathroom into a bathtub- fix it asap please!!! The staff helped us book a last minute tour to Xi'an, which was great! Go on it!

The Han Tang Hostel was great and we enjoyed our stay very much! First we had a room near the bar and reception and it was very loud all night, but on the next morning we could change the room without any problems. The stuff always helped us and had great tips where to go. We also did the tour to the terracotta army and it was great tue to the very funny tour guide of the hostel. I would stay there again and recommend it to everybody!

We stayed at Han Tang Inn Youth Hostel for 2 nights, 3 days altogether, and the stay at this fantastic, little hostel actually made our trip to xian. The staff was as friendly as could be, helpful and smily. they all spoke perfect English and were aveliable for any question or help needed whenever. The food at the hostel is really good and the service is quick and efficient. The hostel provides trips to the terracotta army museum with a very good and knowladgable tour gouide for quite cheap
