The lady at the front was very nice and even tried to joke with us with her English. We came in late that night though, and there was a guy at the desk and he tapped his watch as if to say "Look at the time!" That put me off a little, but other than that everything seemed in order! And the staff was overall friendly, even the ladies who were cleaning. The directions to the place though, didn't make any sense, we had to get lost a bit before we found out how close exactly it was to the station.
