I arrived here at 6:00 in the morning, and the boy at reception didn't know about my booking... Eventually he found a triple room for me in the back of the complex (I had booked a twin room), but then there was a whole fuss about the 10% deposit I paid through Hostelworld. The boy first insisted that I still had to pay that! The room was basic but all right, and there was hot water! :-) The internet signal was too weak to use in my room in a far corner of the complex, though...
