One thing that I can say now is " Wonderful place with wonderful staffs". I like Hangzhou itself so much and I really enjoyed to stay in West Lake Hostel. It is very very clean and tidy all the times. I will miss here a lot...and if I have another chances to visit Hangzhou, I will visit West lake again. Excellent Hostel!!!!!

the decor was really lovely and staff is very helpful. it\'s a little difficult to find but just remember that its almost across the street from the leifeng tower so anything past that you should stop and turn around. its sort of hidden, you have to go into a driveway before seeing the \'westlake youth house\' sign in big english letters. i definitely recommend this place :) they also have towels upon request

I had a very enjoyable time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and readily available. The garden relaxation area was very comfortable and I met a lot of interesting people there.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to most sites. Great staff, very helpful. Good food. The French toast with strawberry jam was delicious. However, it took a little too long to make and so I had to take a cab to the train when I would have preferred taking the bus. Bicycles need some maintenance, esp. brakes and gears.

This is a really nice place. The staff is friendly, the hostel is clean and it's in a nice location. It's surrounded by an elementary school, which I liked because there were always cute kids who wanted to wave and say "hello! how are you, i am fine thanks!" Some people might find they're playing annoying in the morning though. to me, it was just a nice wake up call.
