The hostel has such a lovely feel to it. The host, Edwin, is wonderfully generous and creates a place of community. Good location, near the few shops that there are in Hanmer Springs. The rooms are cold, no central heating only hot water bottles which just about manages to keep the chill off. Only 2 bathrooms in the entire guest house. As it's so cold, everyone gathers by the fire so good atmosphere for meeting people.Good location, near the few shops that there are in Hanmer Springs.
