Hey this Hostel is very good, well located, and the breakfast is amazing. Specially recomended if you want party. The staff is not that good(it was imposible to me to get a towel in the night, not english speaking or no help from the voluntaries, though the day staff are really helpfull. Maybe a little expensive compared to other alternatives in the same street, but still highly recomended. DOnt take their tour though, they are twice the price of other companies.

Best hostel I have ever stayed in!!! Staying anywhere else in Hanoi as a backpacker would be a huge mistake if you want to have fun and meet other backpackers. Staff are unreal, and the tours are wild.

Bit "gap yah" for my taste but perfect if that's what you are looking for.

This place is good if you want a quiet one and want to meet some people. I think they're trying to do a good job with the hostel!

Recently stayed here for 4 nights! There was a cool crowd of people and breakfast was good. WIFI wasnt too bad but you had to be connected to 3 different ones and it would go in and out. I think the location was great however I didn't like the staff. Some backpackers are hired with little knowledge, some of the local staff was a bit sassy claiming we lost our receipt but they never gave us one... the staff also seemed impatient when I asked for some advice about taking the bus its your job, deal

NIce westernized hostel however the staff are very rude, especially the vietnamese girls behind the counter. Everything for them is about money and they jump about with their calculators at hand all the time, with a horrible grumpy face. Will not stay there again, for sure.

The amazing front desk staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable. Definitely the party goers top pick, the guides are some of the funnest people in hanoi. Nothing but good things to say for this place!!!

Out of the two hostels under similar names this one was more the quieter and relaxed but still felt very much a thriving part atmosphere. Staff very much inclined to make sure you were having a good time and always had a smile on their faces. Provided all the facilities you could need. Wifi was a bit dodgy at times but you can't have everything, Overall very good for a city hostel.

Great party hostel with great atmosphere. The good thing is that if you want quietness, you can still have that downstairs where everything is a bit more chilled out. The Halong Bay & Sapa trips they offer are compared to competitors overpriced, but they're definitely once in a lifetime experiences. Definitely one of the best hostels in Vietnam.
