Excellent excellent hostel. I would recommend it to everyone. The staff go above and beyond to help you get to know the city, they also offer brilliant advice on trips to take in and around Hanoi. We had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and caring and just lovely. I wish we could stay longer. They made you feel at home the minute you arrived. This hostel is more like a hotel with rooms having their own en suite, aircon and tv! Wifi is excellent too. Stay at this hostel!!!!

good place to stay. most of the staff have average English skills one, Kylie, was great in arranging further travel possibilities to/ from airport (15$) and CatBa. the rooms in the back are quiet and very spacious. we would certainly come back.

100 % value for money! Staff is excellent and arragend our trips to our next destination (Cat Ba) for a very good price: 220.000VND via Hoang Long. The area is not too touristic, but you can walk around and have some coffe or food erverywhere.

We ending up Staying four nights instead of one and even though we had to change rooms the staff came through. The rooms are old but still nice and clean. You can book all kinds of tours in the reception and you'll have a good breakfast menu with western or Vietnamese food every morning. We had a very good time at this hostel!

We stayed here on two very cold and rainy nights. Unfortunately there did not seem to be any heating and the hot water ran out.

The only bad thing - the room had no windows( it's good that you cannot hear the street noise, but if you wanna see the sun in the morning, ask for a room with windows). Great staff. Very good overall.
