It is perfect there. The rooms are so beautiful and clean. You get new towels every day and they clean the room everyday. The breakfast is a la carte and delicious. Couldnt find anything to complain about. Book it!! The cheaper rooms are much more quiet. The More expansive ones are only bigger!

the hostel was great and the staff was excellent. very good english speakers and helpful. the only down point was that i was placed on the 5th floor. getting up and down the flights of stairs was exhausting! And also I tried both my credit cards but for some reason they didn't work (they were working fine during the whole trip everywhere else).
The staff was very kind and eager to help but their recommendations tended to benefit their own network of tour groups. This is par for the course though and our stay was generally very pleasant. Get the pho for breakfast they get it fresh off the street in the morning and it is delicious.
Ms. Khanh and the staff are so friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome in Hanoi. The facilities are great, beds and bathrooms are clean and excellent. Great location. I liked them so much I came back 2 more times when I passed through Hanoi. They even let me eat lunch with them on the last day!
The hostel's offers for Trips to Ha Long Bay And Sapa were quite expensive in Point of what is included in the tourprogramme. The Information given by the Staff was not really nice.
This hostel and all of the staff were fantastic! We had a very nice room with an ensuite and balcony and the location was incredible, as we were right in the middle of the Old Quarter. The staff at the hostel, especially the receptionist Thuy, were very well informed, extremely kind and helpful, and spoke good english. They consistently went out of their way to ensure that we had a good stay and even knew our names and where we were from! Would definitely recommend to others.
Excellent Hotel! The price is so cheap compared to what you get. Definitly choose that hotel if you have to stay in Hanoi!
Never met nicer people than the people from this hostel! They really care to make you spend an amazing trip. They help you with everything and treat you like family!
As soon as we arrived, the staff were more than accommodating. We couldn't check into our room until a guest checked out and it was cleaned, but they served us breakfast and tea and did everything possible to make us comfortable. Unfortunately, the room we booked needed bathroom repairs so they walked us to a nearby partner hotel (indochina queen II hotel, which was awesome) and they paid the difference in room cost. Excellent service despite a not ideal situation. From what we saw, very clean 2
Awesome place. One stop shot for airport shuttle, getting taxi, booking tours and of course a room as well.
Hanoi culture hostel overbooked so once we arrived they told us we would be moved to posh hotel and they would pay the difference. This review is for posh hotel. No complaints except the walls are paper thin so noise was an issue
Good, clean hostel, very helpful staff, good breakfast. Double rooms are small and clean but not as described on their profile. Rooms on the street side are a bit noisy and cold in the winter. You can book tours but they are quite expensive for what you get out of it. But in general okay.
They are soooo incredibly helpful. I can just recommend this place.
After seven months of travel, this place is easily at the top of my list. It's clean, spacious, the AC works well, and most importantly, the wifi was CRAZY fast. Staff were great. Breakfast was large and it's nice you can pick as many pineapple, watermelon, and bananas as you wish. Location is very central. I highly recommend.
We all loved our stay! It was such a warm welcome to Vietnam, friendly faces who were always smiling and willing to help with anything. They organised amazing tours to Sapa and Halong Bay for us and we had no problems at all. It was a great place to base ourselves while travelling around North Vietnam. We would all HIGHLY recommend to stay here, you will not regret it and will get everything you need and more!! Thankyou Hanoi Culture Hostel!! We will see you next time we come to Vietnam :D

Extremely helpful and accommodating English speaking staff! Got an upgrade for no extra charge. Good breakfast and very nice rooms.
Amazing room, we had an upgrade and the room was clean, big, free snacks and coffee. Hot shower, tv, ac and extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast that is included was very nice, tasty pancakes! We booked a tour for ha long bay through the hotel and we received great value, the trip exceded expectations.
Staff is amazing. Friend had accident so couldnt walk up the stairs, we got a free upgrade into their partner hotel! They were really nice and interested.

If I could give the staff a higher rating I would- super hospitable. They stand and smile when you enter asking how your day was- it's like what you expect at a five star hotel but they do it here. This place is more hotel-like. A great free breakfast is included, as well. They can help you book tours or basically anything you need. I have a slightly lower score for safety only because we stayed in a balcony room. It was beautiful, but the lock on the balcony door was not the best.
