it is well worth staying here purely based on the staff. their english was incredible and they always knew what was going on. helpful with booking tours and had different options for halong bay.. not just one travel company. great value for those looking for affordable accomodation.

very cheap for such nice accomodation staff are very friendly an cant help enough when it comes to things to do in the city and tours an booking buses trains etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The best thing about this hostel is the friendly and extremely helpful staff. Great stay at a great price!

Very fine centrally located hostel, clean, nice rooms, good travel people, excellent friendly staff......I got hooked up with Ha Long Bay tour and Perfume Pagoda tours there. I also met several nice people on their tours and enjoy eating and shopping an d meeting locals students around Hanoi old town.....Mr James Despot
