Staff member really helpful and kind, clean room and comfortable. the free wifi was always worked, free breakfast and taxi pick up. good value for money.

I've had a lovely stay at this hostel. I have all been so warm, friendly and have really made my stay in Hanoi, halong bay, sapa great. I hope to visit again this hostel. I will recommend this one to my friend and other traveller. I wish Kangaroo hostel all the best of luck!

I liked everything. the room are nice and clean. really nice stay. always ready to help me if i have a question or need help. i had free wifi and internet. free taxi pick up from airport and nice breakfast.

It was a great hostel. great place to meet people from all over the world. i met some lovely people.the staff were friendly and kind. felt at home!

towels are not changed regularly but are merely re-folded. Staff are helpful and accommodating. they even prepared our breakfasts me touch earlier because we have to go on out tours earlier than usual.

Staff were so nice and so kind.the room was very clean and comfortable.the air conditinal actually worked as well.\,the breakfastincluded.i booked halong bay trip and sapa trekking as well.both were very good and cheap price.highly recommend this one.

Great value for money. Room was a good size with everything very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was fine and there was plenty. The staff were friendly and helpful and didn't try to push tours etc. Would have no hesitation in staying there again.

This hostel is incredible. One of the nicest I've ever stayed at. Specifically, Hien - the Receptionist for Hanoi Kangaroo Hostel 2, was SO kind and helpful. A++++++++++++++

Good location,friendly staff.comfortable rooms, it had an elevator-nice price, nice stay.Definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Hanoi. Well worth the stay!

hanoi kangaroo 2 is a very well-run hostel in a good location. the room and common areas are beautiful, very comfortable and clean. staff are amazing and so helpful. the wifi access is amazing.

It's a nice hostel and the staff are friendly, but they did rip me off with the tours I booked through them. Just make sure you negotiate. Apart from that, it's a nice place.

I would highly recommend Kangaroo Hostel 2 for anyone looking for a value-for-money stay. Its chief asset is definitely fantastic service, very friendly and helpful staffs. Room was also very spacious and well decorated. The high ceilings give the place a very lofty feel. Super comfortable beds, spacious bathroom (there's even a bathtub!). Very comfortable and bright (huge windows overlooking the busy street below). View's pretty great and I really enjoyed my stay there.

Everything is lovely and modern style.it had a lift.also the services from them always exceeds my expectation.i had stay , good services,good value.

Very good location. Staff is very helpful and friendly! This hostel offers everything and more than you could ask for.It is really value for money with the comfortable rooms, big breakfast in the nice restaurant. They offer free coffee and tea every time you come or go, and free shower for the next trip as well. They arranged our trips to Sapa and Halong Bay enjoyable and memorial with excellent services. I will come back and stay here again.
