The room was comfortable and clean, perfect size for two to share, everthing worked. We were impressed with the whole experience, right down the reception and concierge staff greeting us in a friendly way, the check-in was quickly and nicely done. It's in a very central location everything I wanted to visit was within walking distance. Loved every minute of my stay. This is a great family hotel. We particularly liked the relaxed atmosphere, all the staff are very very friendly always smiling, even giving us a wake up call at anytime we need, informative with making the most of our time in Hanoi. Assistance with planing our stay was invaluable. Beautiful part of Hanoi for quiet relaxing time, have everything we need., lovely in deed. Best place we stayed till now.This is a great family hotel. The location of this hotel makes it ideal for visitors to most of the tourist sights in Hanoi.The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the no hassle approach of staff and felt as though they were waiting to help at all times. Overall, a very excellent hotel. 5 star service, hotel staffs are willing to help you in anyway they can including booking for a taxi, water puppet show, halong bay trip, etc. Rooms are very nice and homey and there is also a huge lcd samsung screen in the room with over 50 channels. However, right now there is a construction going on so room might a bit noisy. I arrived early moring and my room was not ready yet, they didn't mind serving me breakfast then tried to give me a room after an hour. I was surprised because they gave me an upgraded room for the sane price without any problem though I was able to wait for my room.Very efficient and helpful staff, excellent location. Wonderful staff, early check in allowed. The hotel was perfectly located. The room, the breakfast, friendly staff and how it worked. This is a not too large hotel with friendly staff, excellent service. I had a nice and quiet room at the back of hotel, with safe and refrigerator - which is very wonderful! For location this hotel cannot be beaten. Close to everything, famous sites, excellent restaurants, great shopping and nightclubs. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful when we asked for directions, recommendations, specially Mrs Linh, she is very kind & courteous, went out with us to police for the report though that was late evening. Located right downtown, close to all the shopping and restaurants. Our room was very quiet. The staff at this hotel is top notch. We spent 3 nights on departure and we love this hotel.
