The photos on the sight are not even of the hostel!! After booking and paying a deposit I arrived to be told the hostel was full and then taken across town to a hotel where the receptionist was so rude he needed a hiding! I was horrified by the lack of service and complete disrespect showed to paying customers! When I asked for the manager I was told there was not one! So I spent the rest of my evening looking for somewhere decent to sleep, and after dark in Vietnam that is close on impossible!

We had a really good stay at Hanoi Liberty Hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful to book trips and arange our stay. We eould defenately come back another time :)

The location is great and sums up what Hanoi is all about. The staff is really nice and was very honest when we booked the Halong bay tour through them. When we came back from the tour (and had checked out before we left) they where sweet enough to lent us a room so we could shower and take a nap. I recommend it!
