We spent four days on arriving in Vietnam, again an overnight on the way to Sapa and back from Sapa for another four days. We had a very good service from the staff ; dedicated and very helpful. The location is interesting, we felt safe and secure. We stayed there in 2010,2012 and 2013.

We appreciated the way the friendly hotel staff helped us with all our requests during our two week stay. We were able to leave our extra luggage including our two bicycles in the luggage room while on 3 and 4 night stays away. The price included an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. It was great to be only a short walk from Sword Lake in the Old Quarter and on a quiet street with food outlets close by. It is excellent value for money with spacious comfortable fully equipped rooms.Lozza

The location of the hotel is pretty good, many interesting spots in Hanoi are accessible in walking distance. The most importance is that all of the hotel staffs are very friendly and very helpful.

The first priority for me to choose where to stay is good service and Hanoi Posh Hotel gave me more than excellence level of satisfaction. I felt like I stayed with my family , so comfortable and trust in what they served the services. Not only warm service but also helpful, perfect location (only 5-10 mins to Silk street,lake,market ) , large room with contemporary decoration, yummy and variety of choices for breakfast and value for money.
