Good value for money although having said that I think they need to spend a little on maintenance, leaking taps and other small matters. Great service and a western b/fast (but the noodles were good to) and overall, a positive experience.

Great place to stay, staff was very helpfull and always available to help or answer questions. We stayed on the ground floor for two nights therefore can't comment on the rest of the facility or give a good rating on overall atmosphere. The food was good. Overall a great value and would definitely recommend to any low budget traveller.

Fantastic hostel beds on the sixth floor...the beds are non bunk big and super comfy with large locking closets (lockers) and the bathroom is so clean and modern with the large overhead rain nozzle and a European styled shower-head on hand held handle. Also the air-con is great with two units in the dorm and a large flat screen w/remote and spotless floors, linens changed by hotel staff daily. The free breakfast and free juice and coffee is a real deal and the staff are most helpful and fiendly

We thought the hostel was clean, near facilities and the staff was very helpfull with bookings etc. And kind. The breakfast meny was the best. You get a lot for your money.

I have stayed in 3 different hostels/hotels in Hanoi. The room and shower facilities are good. However, customer service should be improved. Not my favourite hotel as there are others with lower cost and better service.
